Bids Are Invited For Body (With All Attachment) - MED-1 MET 1 is an axial flux motor. As the name indicates the direction of magnetic flux is along the axis of motor. these motors have a permanent magnet and wound coils. The wound coils are fixed and moulded on a metallic plate, called back plate, made of magnetic material, normally called as stator winding. the other part is called a rotor, which consists of a metallic plate again, with good magnetic property, back plate, on which magnets are pasted, these magnets are called rare earth magnets, category NdFeB. These magnets have a very high magnetic power density, due to this property higher amount of power can be drawn from the motor with minimal size or dimensions. This particular motor has a single rotor construction. There are 6 coils made from electrolytic enamelled copper wire and duly potted with resin, to avoid accumulation of moisture on winding and there by providing insulation with respect to the body of motor. Also it holds the stator coils in a specific position. The terminal of coil ends are taken out on face to provide supply through the controller. The rotor part consists of 6 magnets, pasted with a holding compound. These have a specific position with respect to the stator coils & also has reference with respect to the mounting holes provided on the rotor. The rotor is engaged with the moving part of the equipment. The stator winding & the permanent magnets are placed at a specific distance from each other. This gap is called as the air gap, which plays a major role in the performance of the motor. This motor is particularly used for rotary angular displacement of the mirror. When the stator coils are given supply through the controller, electromagnetism is developed in the coils, which repel with the rotor magnets & the rotor is angularly displaced as per requirement of angle. MED-5 - This is similar to MET 1 motor in principle. This motor has double rotor construction. That is there are 2 rotors consisting of permanent magnets, 6 on each side back plate & placed on both sides of the stator winding coils. The stator core & both side magnetic rotors are separated with specific air gap, which can be adjusted with the help of shims, during the final installation of the total equipment. The winding construction of this motor is different than that of MET 1. There is a magnetic material core Inside the winding, insulated from all sides. The toroidal winding is carried out on the core such that electromagnet is formed on both the sides of the core. Which then Interacts with the permanent magnets of both side rotor & enables the angular displacement as per requirement. The wound core along with the colis is potted in a non-magnetic ring formed in Aluminium to hold it in to a specific position & for reference with the stator holding support of the equipment. Because of the dual rotor construction this motor has higher power capacity & can drive higher load. Total Quantity : 57
