Capital Work Capacity Enhancement Of 110Kv Substation S L Puram By Installing One Number Of 110 11Kv 12 5Mva Transformer Construction Of Cable Trench Foundation For Transformer And Other Equipments-Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix) 2 Demolishing R.C.C. work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 metres lead as perdirection of Engineer -in-Charge 3 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas ( not exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) includingdressing of sides and ramming of bottoms , lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m,including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed in all kinds of soil. 4 Extra for every additional lift 1.5 m or part there of in excavation / banking excavated or stacked materials. 5 Close timbering in trenches including strutting, shoring and packing cavities (wherever required) complete (Measurements to be taken of the face area timbered). 6 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work forFoundations, footings, bases for columns 7 Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for: Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc. 8 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 9 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 10 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending,placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 11 12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix: 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) for trenches, kerbs etc if necessary 12 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. 13 Placing and fixing foundation bolt in cement concrete correct line level (4 No.) of CB /CT/PT/LA/ isolator/11kv Strature etc as per direction of departmental officers at the site 14 Placing and fixing stubs for C2 columns(angle iron of size 65x65x6mm or nearest size/Foundation bolt) in concrete using a template to correct line and level as per the direction of dept.Officers at site 15 Transporting by manual labour and placing newly casted RCC slab of various sizes over cable trenches in line and level including conveyance up to 50m 16 Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat ofapproved steel primer all complete- EXCLUDING COST OF STEEL AND PRIMING COAT 17 Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturers specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.
