Tender For Providing Bore well At Valliammai Nagar In Adirampattinam Municipality; 1 Supply of G I PIPES (MEDIUM) AS PER IS 1239/PART I/2004 65mm 2 Charges for developing the Borewell with air compressor of 600 CFM capacity (Minimum 8 Hours) including transportation, labour and fuel charges for compressor as directed by TWAD Officers and conducting yield test by V notch method. 3 Supply and delivery of clear water vertical wet type submersible pumpset suitable for 150mm dia borewell conforming to IS 8034/2002 as amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star Rated capable of discharging noted LPM against head of water column due to all causes. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze or Cast SS impeller, brass screws and CI FG 200 grade pump bowl/diffuser with ISI mark. The pump shall be directly coupled to a continous rated two pole suitable wet type vertical squirrel cage induction motor as per IS9283 /1995 as amended there after, suitable for operation in AC three phase 415 V+/- 10 %, 50 HZ +/- 5 % (300X75)LPM X Head (7.5 Hp ) 4 Supply and delivery of Star-Delta starter confirming to IS 13947, IEC60947-1 and as amended thereafter with suitable KW rating for operation in AC/ Three Phase/50HZ (+/- 5%) and 415V (+/- 10%) including 3 pole magnetic contactor with under voltage release - 3 nos., CT operated Ammeter (65 mm dia) with suppressed scale, Voltmeter (65mm dia), Voltmeter selector switch, Miniature circuit breaker, Thermal Overload relay, Air Break contactors suitable for next Standard higher KW rating, Single phasing preventor, dry running preventor and On/Off Push button switches, wiring with 1 sq.mm/4 sq. mm copper pvc insulated cable, powder coated vermin proof box, including the capacitor (the cost of capacitor is to be taken separately). 5 PVC INSULATED AND SHEATHED 3 CORE FLAT TYPE COPPER CABLEONFORMING TO IS 694/1990 AND AS AMENDED THERE AFTER 6.0 sq.mm 6 UPVC - Column pipe 65mm 7 Labour charges for the erection of submersible pumpset in borewell/openwell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days. 8 G.M GATE VALVES AS PER IS BS 5154 and related IS Specifications 65mm 9 Drilling of Borewells anywhere in Tamilnadu including transportation from one place to another with in Tamilnadu in alluvial soil sedimentary strata of clay and sand stone shale pebbles boulders etc. By first taking a pilot bore of 140 mm/150mm/200mm dia and then enlarging to required dia direct or reverse rotary mud circulation method using rotary rigs, fuel, labour and drilling bentonite and water required for drilling at site ( Site will be shown by the TWAD Board Officers) including construction of mud pit 10 Upto 60 m Depth ending below ground level 11 From 60 m upto 90 m Depth ending from ground level 12 From 90 m upto 120 m Depth ending from ground level 13 Reaming 140/150 mm dia pilot bore to 300mm dia bore as directed by the TWAD Board Officer. 14 Upto 60 m depth ending below ground level 15 From 60 m depth and upto 90 mt depth ending below ground level 16 From 90 m upto 120 mt depth ending below ground level 17 PVC CASING PIPE AS PER IS 12818 / 2010 18 150mm CM 19 150mm RS 20 PVC End Cap 21 Labour Charges for inserting PVC Casing pipes assembly (with slots or without slots) in the drilled hole including jointing the pipes with PVC Couplers with Cement paste etc., complete, supply and packing the annular space with pebbles of size and quality as approved by the executive engineers of TWAD Board 22 PVC INSULATED AND SHEATHED 3 CORE FLAT TYPE COPPER CABLE CONFORMING TO IS 694/1990 AND AS AMENDED THERE AFTER 6 SQ.mm 23 Construction for Pedestal for 1000 litre HDPE tank and Supply and delivery and fixing of HDPE tank as per IS 12701 / 1996 including loading, unloading, transportation and labour charges for fixing of the GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing charges etc., 24 Supply and delivery of MS Kiosk of size 0.75m x 0.45m x 0.75m made up of MS angle of size 50mm x 50mmx 4mm alround covered with 16 gauge MS sheet and kiosk door made up of MS plates of size 25 mm x 3 mm including cutting, welding, grinding, locking arrangements and labour charges etc.,
