Rate contract for Manufacture and supply of 10125 mm Curved Switches as per RDSO Drg. No. T- 8780,Alt.1 (with latest alterations] with ZU- 1- 60/ 60 E1 A1 Thick Web grade 880 Class-A Tongue rails and UIC/60E1 60 Kg per m Grade-880, Class A or B Stock rails with elastic fasteners, Spring operated Setting Device [RDSO-T-6216 with latest alterations] and Anti Creep Device [RDSO T-8782 & T-8783 with latest alterations], complete with all fittings for 1 in 12, BG 60 kg turn out for fan shaped layout on PSC Sleepers i.e. all fittings for switch portion as per sub assembly No. T-8780 [with latest alteration] in accordance with RDSOs standard drawing No.T-8779 [with latest alterations] excluding Elastic Rail Clips, Metal Liners and Insulating Liners. TWS is with zero degree of curvature (for straight track). Any addition/ modification to the List of fittings, issued by RDSO in subsequent Alterations up to the date of closing of tender is also to be supplied by the firm for which no additional payment would be made. Specification: T-10-2023 with latest Alteration if any up to the date of closing tender. ]

Rate contract for Manufacturing and supply of 11200 mm curved thick web switches 1 in 16, 60kg with ZU- 1- 60 / 60 E1 A1 thick web Grade 880 class A tongue rails and UIC 60 kg/R260 Grade-880 class A/B stock rails with elastic fasteners and spring operated setting device RDSO-T-6216 (read along with latest alterations if any), complete with all fittings for 1 in 16, BG 60 Kg turnout for fan shaped layout on PSC sleepers i.e. all fittings for switch portion as per sub assembly No.T-7076, (read along with latest alterations) in accordance with RDSO drawing No.T-7075,(read along with latest alterations) excluding standard fish plates, fish bolts and nuts, ER clips, insulating liners. TWS is with zero degree of curvature (for straight track). Latest alteration will mean the latestalteration issued by RDSO as on date of closing of e-tender. [Note:-Asymmetrical ZU-1- 60/60E1A1 rails for tongue rail will be arranged by vendors at his own cost as per conditions stipulated in the Special Conditions of Contract. There will not be any free rail supply to the manufacturer/tenderer from Railway side. It will be the responsibility of manufacturer to purchase inspected and certified rails by IRs inspecting agency for procuring of Stock rail directly from the manufacturer against PO on commercial terms. The responsibility to procure rails will solely lie with the manufacturer. ]
