Note: Please Mention The Amount Of Total Gst Under Column No. 9 Duly Calculated As Per Total Quantity As Per Column No. 4. , Fabrication Of Pyrolysis Unit 1.Heating Chamber Ss 304, 170 Mm Od & 150 Mm Id With Screw Dia 148 Mm Ss 304 Length Of Unit 1200 Mm With Insulation 2.Outer Body In Square Made From Ms With Powder Coated & 12”X12” In Size With Thickness 5 Mm. 3.Geared Motor With Coupling To Rotate Screw. 4.Speed Controller For Low Rpm. 5.There Will Be Three Outlets In Inner Chamber One For Gas, Biomass And Solid Carbon Residues Along With Collection Containers. 6.Gas Cooling Chiller 7.Controller Box With Pid Controller With Sensor And Two Thermometers. 8.Heaters With 5 Kw Load. 9.Unit Temperature Will Reach To More Than 500 To 600 Degree Celsius.
