Construction of KV line, LT line and running work like distribution converter/line shifting etc., Various works under full deposit scheme in the EDD , Kasganj under the Jurisdiction of EDC, Kasganj on Semi Turn-Key Basis. Sl. No. Item Description 1 Safe carriage of following PCC/ST poles Store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca roadincluding the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends also including the work of dragging etc. and also including the cost of labour, T&P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. (Dist. 0 to 50 Kms.). 2 PCC pole 8.5 Mtr 3 ST pole 9/11 Mtr 4 Cartage of line material viz Weasal Conductor, GI earth wire, Cross Arm, Angle, Channel, Insulator, Clamps & other line material from Store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends also including the work of dragging etc. and also including the cost of labour, T&P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. (Dist. 0 to 50 Kms.). 5 Erection of single support including complete H.T/L.T fittings with grouting , earthing, muffling and digging etc. as per RESPO norms manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge including the cost of labour, T & P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 6 PCC pole 8.5 Mtr 7 STP 9/11 Mtr. 8 Erection of double pole on PCC poles 8.5 mtr.including the work of complete linewith grouting , earthing, muffling and digging etc. as per RESPO norms manual and as per direction of Engineer Incharge including the cost of labour, T & P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 9 Erection of stay set complete including the work of nuzzling etc. as per RESPO manual and also including the cost of arrangement of all grouting material, labour, T&Pfixing of stay insulator etc. required for proper completion of work. 10 Fixing of earthing rod as per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer including the T&P, cost of labour. 11 Safe carriage of XLPE cable of size 3x(35/70/120/185) Sq. m.m. from store to respective site of work including loading unloading at both ends. 12 Laying of 3x(35/70/120/185)Sq.mm. 11 KV under ground cable after digging trench of 600 mm. wide, 1500 mm deep, providing the fine sand cushion beneath and above the cable. The cable shall be duly protected by Ist class bricks, two on either side and third on top of the cable, laid in series one after the other. The work includes supplying of fine sand and bricks, filling and ramming of the left out soil, closing the trench and levelling. Spare cable shall be left and buried in the trench in the shape of rings at both ends. All material (except cable), labour, T&P carrier etc, required for proper completion of work will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 13 Filling of 3x70/120 Sq. m.m. 11 KV XLPE heat shrinkable cable jointing Kits outdoor/indoor type including the cost of labour T&P carrier etc for proper completion of work. 14 Laying sagging stringing, binding and jumpering etc. of following conductor on the newly erected pole as per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer, including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 15 ACSR weasel conductor/ Rabbit / Dog Conductor 16 LT ABC 3x50+1x35+1x16 bunch conductor 17 LT ABC 1x16 bunch conductor 18 Carriage and installation from Store to site of following capacity transformer including the work of its loading & unloading, dragging etc. and also including the cost of labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 19 10/16/25/63/100 KVA T/F 20 Safe carriage of 11 KV pilfer proof metering cubicle from store centre, Soron (Kasganj) to site of work including loading and unloading at both ends. Average distance approx. 0 km to 50 km. 21 Erection & grouting of 11 KV pilfer-proof metering cubicle making connections with bus bar, tapping with Empire Tape with existing earthing. The above work includes the cost of labour, T&P, carrier & material etc. required for proper completion of work except cost of 11 KV VCBs. 22 Guarding of 11 KV line by laying two nos. GI wire parallel and fixing of lacings (tilli) at a distance at 2-3 Mtr. as per RESPO manual and also including the cost of arragement of labour, T & P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 23 Cutting and Chopping of Tree Branches which comes on HT/LT lines. 24 Providing & Fixing of DP Clamp on vendorcost. 25 Safe carriage of 11 KV CT/PT pole mounting unit of any other place or from site of work to the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends including the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 26 Installation of 11 KV CT-PT combined metering unit on double pole after fixing of channel with M.S. Clamps and nuts bolts for holding the channel angle etc. The unit body shall be earthed by connecting M.S. strip of size 1/8x1 finally connected to earthing rod of size 20mm x2540 mm. 11 KV line shall be connected to unit as per instructions of SDO/AE(M). The M.S. Strip & earth rod shall be included in the scope of work. 27 Safe carriage of LT distribution box (three phase) from store centre Soron (Kasganj) to pit site including loading and unloading at both ends mounting and fixing on pole also by making connections as per RESPO norms. 28 Providing and fixing of welded wire mesh fencing around 250 KVA transformer plinth with MS Angle of size 40x40x6 mm length and 1.20 mtrs height. Such panels shall be supported on MS angle from of size 40x40x6 mm having 04 nos corner supports of height 1.65 mtrs including extended legs for grouting which will be used as a door for entry of the personel or removal/shifting of transformer with welded hinges, sliding belt etc for locking arrangement as per drawing and specifications. The fencing will be painted in the green colour synthetic enamel paint after painting with one coat of red oxide primer. The rates should be inclusive of all materials required for completion of above work. (Length of each fencing approx. 11 mtrs) with T&P labour etc. by the contractor. 29 Making of Plinth for 250 KVA T/Fin all respect. As Per RESPO norms. At vendors cost. 30 Safe Carriage and installation from Store to site of250 KVAtransformer including the work of its loading & unloading, dragging etc. and also including the cost of labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 31 Providing & Fixing of nut bolt off size as per site requirment on vendors cost 32 Providing & Fixing of various type LT/HT/ Holding clamp for ST/PCC poleas per site requirment on vendors cost.
