Tender For Supply and Providing Logistic Support to all the Polling Parties for Smooth conduct of General Election to J&K Legislative Assembly- 2024- 1 Providing and Supplying of Basmati Rice Biryani(weight 400 grams ) with 150 gm chicken piece in AluminiumFoil Container with lid including 20gram Onion Chutni including tissue paper and plastic spoon 2 Providing and Supplying of Basmati Rice Peas Biryani(weight 400 grams ) with 150 gm Cheese(Paneer), piece in AluminiumFoil Container with lid including 20gram Onion Chutni including tissue paper and plastic spoon 3 Providing and Supplying of500 ml Packaged Mineral Water Bottle of approved brand as per IS 14543 4 Providing and Supplying and serving of hot lipton tea of 150 ml indisposable glass including cost of kashmiri Roti (Girda)/40 gram biscuit packet of approved brand 5 Hiring charges for installation of water proof tentsof required size including removal of the same complete job Rates shall be quoted per Sqm for 24 hrs including providing andinstallationof required lighting arrangement 6 Hiriring charges for supplying and placing of plastic chairs of approved quality including carriages complete job Rate shall be quoted per No. for 24 Hrs duration 7 Hiring charges for supplying and placing ofWooden Table as per required heightof standard size(4x 2) including charges of cloth cover top with desired colour and rate shall be quoted for 24 Hrs Duration 8 Hiring charges for supplying and placing ofRound Wooden Table Of Dia 4 Feet including charges of cloth cover top with desired colour and rate shall be quoted for 24 Hrs Duration 9 Providing and Supplyingof packed refreshment in disposable boxes containing Tetra pack juice(200 ml) of standard quality and fruit cake ( 2 No.costing 10 Rupees each or 1 No. costing 20 Rupees each) and 2 No. of Banana of standard size. The agency has to provide manpower (20 labours) for distribution of the refreshment. 10 Hiring charges for Supplying ofbedding set ofStandard Size and quality (Matress, Pillow and Quilt) for which rate shall be quoted for 24 hours duration including the charges for delivering to the polling stations and collecting the same 11 Providing of Hired Hotel Room accomodation Facility in Standard Hotel at District Shopian, well furnished including all facitlities like attached Bathroom, Furniture, 24 hours electricity and water Supply for contesting Candidates.Rates shall be quoted for 24 hours.
