Tender For Gov. Sen. Sec. School Me Library Work Bajju Tejpura-Excavation of soil upto 1.5 depth in foundation, trench, drain, tamping the bottom, pouring water, beautifying the sides, taking out the excavated soil, filling the empty spaces with soil again after filling the foundation and disposal of the remaining soil upto a distance of 50 meters.2 In cement concrete foundation or floor, put 40 mm nominal size stone aggregate (crusher broken) / brick aggregate in cement-sand mixture, in the ratio of 1 cement : 5 sand : 10 soil and tamping, including tamping. 3 Supply and casting of reinforced cement concrete of 1:2:4/1:1.5:3 mix, pressing of roof slabs, eaves, beams, lintels etc., tamping and leveling of surface with 1:3 cement mortar etc. including scaffolding but cost of steel and shuttering separately.4 Foundation and plinth first class brick masonry in cement-gravel 1:6 or 1:8 mortar including closing of side cracks and tamping.5 Transportation of soil for various distances including loading, unloading and staking of material. (Length of transportation shall be calculated by nearest route and not by road)6 Supply of stone lintel and fixing it in the mortar used in the masonry.7 Additional amount for masonry work in superstructure upto 4.5 m height from plinth level. 8 8. Cutting and mounting of iron girders and their installation at the site upto a height of 4.5 m.9 9. Laying of roof with top quality stone slabs, filling the joints at top and bottom with cement mortar in 1:4 ratio along with stone arch.10 10. Laying cement concrete screed (1 part cement : 3 parts gravel : 6 parts 12 mm measured aggregate) of 90 mm average thickness, pressing and tamping.11 11. Cement plastering on the wall by mixing cement-gravel in 1:6 ratio, scraping the joints and regular tamping for 14 days.12 12. Additional cost of plastering the roof.13 13. Cement plaster on wall by mixing cement - gravel in 1:4 ratio, scraping joints and regular watering for 14 days.14 14. Supply and installation of 2-panel doors of 22 gauge plain GI sheet in 40X40X3 mm outer frame of angle iron, 25X25X3 mm angle iron frame along with fittings like angular sliding bolts, latches and grip strips etc.15 15. Application of enamel paint in 3 layers to give even shade. To make even surface on new/old work.16 16. Use of 40 mm deep cement concrete foundation. Nominal size stone aggregate (crusher broken)/ brick aggregate cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1 cement : 6 sand : 12 aggregate, mixing, pouring and ramming including tamping. (As per IS code 7272 & 10067)17 17. Supply of white colour glazed China clay tiles and laying with cement slurry over plaster and applying white cement in joints (cost of plaster not included).18 18. 1.5 sq. mm. FR PVC insulated copper conductor for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point through single core cable, modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and 1.5 sq. mm.
