Tender For Replacement of pump sets with allied works at Pomposh Enclave BPS in Greater Kailash Constituency AC-50.-- 1 Supply of horizontal split casing centrifugal pump and suitable to handle potable water Having flanged suction & delivery with CI impeller, CI body, S.S. Shaft & S.S. Sleeve, Suction & delivery size 125 x 100 mm dia. suitable for head 55-60 mtr., Discharge 160-200 m3 /hr., 1450 RPM with prime mover (motor) of capacity 50 HP as mentioned below along withcoupling and coupling guard with base frame fitted by the manufacturer. Make of Pump:- Wilo M & P/Kirloskar/Lubi/Jyoti/DJB approvedSupply of 50 HP 1450 RPM (Syn) squirrel cage induction motor suitable to operate on 400±10% Volt, 3Ph , 50Hz , Horizontal foot mounted confirming to IEC:60034-1. Make of Motor:- ABB/Kirloskasr/Jyoti/Crompton/DJB approved 2 Dismantling of old pump set after disconnecting from suction and delivery pipeline, decoupling with motor, removing of electric connections from motor i/c taking out old pump from existing system etc., closing of suction & delivery line with the help of suitable size dead flange. 3 Dismantling and taking out M S Base frame from CC foundation after cutting of nut bolts, Breaking the Damaged RCC foundation of the old pump set by the help of concrete breaker and labour. Also taking out malba from the pump house by manual labour & dumping the same as per directions. 4 Making a RCC foundation of new Pump Set of material Ratio 1:1.5:3 (cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregates) concrete with foundation/rag bolts as per site requirement. Providing & fixing of M.S base frame of suitable size with nut bolt & washer etc for pump sets as per site requirement. 5 Supply of CI Non rising spindle sluice valve PN 1.0 of size 125 mm dia. Make: Kirloskar/IVC/ DJB Approved. 6 Supply of CI Non rising spindle sluice valve PN 1.0 of size 100 mm dia. Make:-Kirloskar/IVC/ DJB Approved. 7 Supply of CI/Swing type Non-return valve PN 1.0 of size 100 mm dia. Make: Kirloskar/IVC/ DJB Approved. 8 Supply of PVC Insulated un armoured single core Flexible Copper Cable for working voltage up to 1.1 KV as per IS:694/2010 of size 25 mm2. Make : Grandley / Gloster/Havells/DJB approved 9 Providing and Fixing of Cable Tray and laying of 25Sq.mm single core copper cable from LT panel to pump sets with proper dressing and clamping. 10 Installation/fixing of new pump set on new base frame & RCC foundation and fixing of sluice Valves, NRVs, etc and making All electrical connections of motor. 11 Making suction & delivery connections with pump set with the help of suitable size MS Gap piece, flange, Suitable size reducer, nut bolts, rubber packing etc as per site Requirementby using Gas cutter, welding set, manual labour etc. 12 Testing & commissioning of Pump set ON load. This also includes laying & connection of copper cable from motor to LT panel with suitable size lugs, nut bolt & washer etc as per site requirement.
