Tender For Routine maintenance of Electric poles at regular intervals- 1 Labour Charges for Erection of Decorative light pole and fixing of different types of lights will be in PCC foundation having 450X450X650-750 mm depth & 300X300 mm muffing of 1:3: 6 cement concrete with Stone chips/hard jhama metal, including supply of foundation materials and attachment of earthing complete by 40 long earth rod with 10 SWG GI wire & 1.5 mm connection wire (Finolex) with 2 coat (asian) painting two stape (Black & Silver/Blue & White) including all complete. 2 GI/MS Decorative light pole up to 5 mtr. Long. 3 GI/MS Decorative light pole up to 6.5 mtr. Long. 4 GI/MS Decorative light pole above 6.5 mtr. Long. 5 Supply & Laying 1.1 KV grade up to 10.0 sq.mm 2 & 3 core pvc insulated armoured alluminium conductor cable in underground trench 460 x 600 mm average depth with Brick Protection on the top of the cable with 8 Nos brick per mtr, including filling the space between cable and also the trench shifted soil, leveling on restoring the surface duly rammed. 6 Supply & Laying 1.1 KV grade up to 10.0 sq.mm 2 & 3 core pvc insulated armoured alluminium conductor cable in under ground trench 460 x 4 600 mm average depth without Brick Protection including filling the Per Pole space between cable and also the trench shifted soil, leveling on restoring the surface duly rammed. 7 Supply & Laying 1.1 KV grade up to 10.0 sq.mm sq 2 & 3 core pvc insulated armoured alluminium conductor cable in under ground trench 460 x 5 600 mm average depth. Cutting of PCC road and farther re-soling by CC, leveling on restoring the surface duly rammed. 8 Supply & Drawl of centenary service (O.H) by 6sq mm 2 core PVC 6 cable with 10 SWG GI wire including all complete. 9 Supply & Drawl of centenary service (O.H) by 10sq mm 2 core PVC 6 cable with 10 SWG GI wire including all complete. 10 Erection of 6 Mtr. Octagonal pole with suitable foundation and accessories (as per drawing and Spec. enclosed) including supply of foundation accessories: M20 x 700x4 Nos. 11 Erection of 9 Mtr. Octagonal pole with suitable foundation and accessories (as per drawing and Spec. enclosed) including supply of foundation accessories: M20 x 700x4 Nos. 12 Cutting of pole arm and pole body by 1.5 feet including dismantling and fitting fixing 13 Making a hole by grinding machine / hand drill machine / weilding machine on the existing octagonal pole and fixing of arm bracket with supply and fixing of a nut & bolt at different roads under Barasat Municipality. 14 Repairing & Re-Errection of fedder pillar Box & the box will be painted by 2 cores of aluminiam paint over 1 coat of red oxide paint. Suitable arrangement i.e Timer, Toggle Switch, Contactor, wire etc. should be provided for fixing of Timer unit, fuse unit provided by the municipal office. 15 Labour Charges for Uprooting & dismantling of Decorative light pole in different area under Barasat Municipality 16 Labour Charges for Uprooting & dismantling of Octagonal pole in different area under Barasat Municipality. 17 Painting steel tubular pole including projected arm bracket with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats with silver Al. paint (Scraping where necessary). Pole painting up-to 7mtr. Pole 18 Painting of Pole Numbering for various types of poles. 19 Repairing and fixing of GI Junction Box Top cover of Swan neck Steel Tubular Pole. 20 Supply, fitting & fixing of Bakelite sheet (3mm thick) 21 Labour charges for S/F of special head type M S loop box (3 mm thick) with connecting bar and other accessories fixed on the top the pole as required and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 22 Earthing Inspection of various street light poles along with installation of 1.8 Mtr. Long earthing rod and G.I wire where ever necessary 23 Supply, fitting and fixing of danger plate at various street light poles with dimension of 4 inches width and 6 inches length. 24 Lifting and lowering of 12.5 Mtr. High Mast lights including replacement of LED lights and other accessories.( LED lights and other accessories provided by the municipal office) 25 Lifting and lowering of 16 Mtr. High Mast lights including replacement of LED lights and other accessories.( LED lights and other accessories provided by the municipal office) 26 Labour Charges for uprooting and re-errection of 12.5mtr./16 mtr. High mast pole with supply of Suitable necessary accessories. 27 Erection of high Mast (16 Mtr.) on RCC foundation with cement Item concrete considering actual SBC of soil, with the help of suitable modern engg. tools and Plants, wiring of luminaries with all wiring materials like PVC insulated flexible cable of suitablecopper conductor core of 1.5 mm² lugs, up to 10 nos. 6A MCB along with construction of shallow foundation with cement concrete for high Mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity as per site condition, as per drawing and design of manufacturer of the mast. The soil test and submission of its report is within the scope of the work. 28 Erection of high Mast (12.5 Mtr.) on RCC foundation with cement Item concrete considering actual SBC of soil, with the help of suitable modern engg. tools and Plants, wiring of luminaries with all wiring materials like PVC insulated flexible cable of suitable copper conductor core of 1.5 mm² lugs, up to 10 nos. 6A MCB along with construction of shallow foundation with cement concrete for high Mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity as per site condition, as per drawing and design of manufacturer of the mast. The soil test and submission of its report is within the scope of the work. 29 Repairing charges for High mast 3 Phase motor including dismantling and re-fixing. 30 Supply & laying of 1” dia PVC pipe 31 Supply & laying of 1.5” dia PVC pipe 32 Supply & fitting of Octagonal Pole single arm bracket with pole cap made of 40mm dia 1 meter long 33 Supply & fitting of Octagonal Pole double arm bracket with pole cap made of 40mm dia 1 meter long
