System]. 2 REPAIR OF GANGWAY 3 Renewal of corroded & thinned down structural member of Spare Gangway 4 Complete fabrication of stair case for Passenger embarkation/disembarkation steps from gangway to pontoon deck made up from MS structural as per IS:2062-2011 5 Structure to be thoroughly cleaned & painted by Red lead paint (two coat) 6 Gangway Structure 7 Passenger embarkation/disembarkation steps from gangway to pontoon deck 8 Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make on steel surface two coats (with any shade except white) 9 Gangway Structure 10 Passenger embarkation/disembarkation steps from gangway to pontoon deck 11 Supplying, fitting and fixing of 65mm thick best quality sal wood planks on 12 Gangway deck 13 Passenger embarkation/disembarkation steps from gangway to pontoon deck 14 Wooden planks are to treated with 02 coats of coal tar prior to fixing on 15 Gangway deck 16 Passenger embarkation/disembarkation steps from gangway to pontoon deck 17 Turtle back plate to be provided between linkway & Gangway by 12 mm thick chequered plate with necessary hinges and other fixing arrangement. 18 Supply ofYoke Arm Bracket with 02 nos. bolts 19 Manufacture and supply as per approved drawings of Gangway rollers (Dia. – 300mm & Thickness – 250mm) with Bracket, specer, Roller Pin with Nut, etc. (IS:1873 class – II) and transported to the site for installation as per instruction and satisfaction of engineering in charge 20 Transportation of Gangway at site 21 REMOVAL OF EXISTING GANGWAY AND PONTOON WITH NECESSARY CHAIN, ANCHORS AND TOOLS & TACKLES AND INSTALLATION OF METAL LINKWAY, GANGWAY & PONTOON. 22 Both the Gangway to be removed and placed on Pontoon for transporting the same to the designated location. 23 The holding down bolts of Yoke Assembly to be dressed off from the existing Yoke Staging and new 12 nos. securing bolts (Hilti Anchors) dia – 30mm, Length – 500mm, embedement depth – 300mm to be fitted for anchoring of one end of metal Linkway. 24 Metal link platform 30m long & 3.20m width to be placed on the existing yoke staging & newly constructed yoke staging and secured the same properly with the both fixed RCC base 25 Existing Yoke Assembly to be removed and placement of the same on new Yoke staging 26 Commissioning of Gangway & Pontoon at site with existing mooring arrangement 27 MOORING MATERIALS 28 Mooring chain – 50mm dia. – 5 length (approx.) 29 30mm dia. Gangway lassing chain with joining shackles & others – 1 Length 30 D Shackles - 50mm dia. 35T
