    MTPS-II – 1X600MW – Boiler Maintenance – Fixing of insulation and GI Cladding sheet required for flue gas duct, ESP inlet & ESP outlet and APH area.; 1 Removal of worn-out / damaged GI Aluminum sheet from Boiler / duct / pipe line of boiler area and refixing after completion of ratification works. 2 Removal of insulation double layer (60mm + 60mm = 120mm thick) wool mattress, G.I Cladding sheet, stiffeners, retainer plates etc.welding the support plates, rectification and refixing the existing insulationdouble layer (60mm + 60mm = 120mm thick) wool mattress, GI sheets, lead and lift etc in the required area ofFlue gas duct,Air Pre Heater andwith new fastners. 3 Fixing and removing the scaffolding arrangements for insulation work around the ducts, Flue gas duct and APH size 3m x 3m.
