Nitrogen Gas/Cooling water: Check the N2 gas pressure and performance of the water cooling unit. Rotary pump/Turbo Molecular pump: Check the performance of the Rotary pump and Turbo Molecular pump. • Vacuum sequence and level: Check the timely opening of valves, gauges and leak detection. Column and Alignments: Check column alignments and perform alignments if necessary. • Sample Exchange chamber: Check the sample exchange chamber handle and ensure smooth insertions of sample. Specimen Stage: check X, Y, T and R motor performance. • Operation Panel: Check performance of knobs, track ball and buttons. PC-SEM Application and PC: Instrument PC and software check.
