Various Maintenance Work In The Area Of Eudd-Iii, Aligarh. - Cartage of followingpoles Store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca roadincluding the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends also including the work of dragging etc. and also including the cost of labour, T&P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 2 11 Mtrs. ST Poles 3 09 Mtrs. ST Poles 4 8.5/9.0 Mtrs.PCC Poles 5 Cartage of line material viz Conductor, AB cable. GI earth wire, Cross Arm, Angle, Channel, Insulator, Clamps & other line material from Store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends also including the work of dragging etc. and also including the cost of labour, T&P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. (Dist. 0 to 50 Kms.). 6 Replacement of damaged pole by opening of all existing accessories and conductor from damaged pole properly and removal of damaged pole and erect the new pole at same place including fixing of all existing accessories and conductor on the new pole etc. as per direction of supervising engineer including the cost of all labour, T&P etc. (including carriage of damaged pole to JE Store/other place) required for proper completion of work. 7 11 Mtrs. ST Pole Single Support 8 09 Mtrs. ST Pole Single Support 9 8.5/9.0 Mtrs.PCC Pole Single Support 10 11 Mtrs. ST Pole Double Support 11 Re-straightening of inclined ST Poles/Rail by removing the soil/mud from bottom side of the poles and re-straightening with the help of rope, bamboo ladder with the help of manpower and construction of round plinth around the S.T. Poles / Rails with cement, sand and concrete in 1:3:6 ratio of size 450 mm. dia & 600 mm height (300 mm. under the ground + 300 mm. over the ground). The plinth should be plastered with ½ inch thick cement and sand of ratio 1:4 & taper rounding the upper most part of the plinth, than after re-sagging the loose HT/LT line includingthe cost of material, labour and T&P etc. for completion of the above work which will be provided by the contractor at his own cost. 12 Erection, grouting and nuzzling of stay set including the work of nozzling etc. as per RESPO manual and also including the cost of arrangement of all grouting material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per RESSPO Manual. 13 Fixing & connecting of earthing rods as per RESSPO Manual including the cost of labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 14 Removal of existing L.T. conductor/ L.T. AB cable from damaged line including opening of jumpers etc. as per requirement of site and it carriage from site to JE store as per direction of supervising Engineer. 15 ACSR Dog Conductor 16 ACSR Weasel Conductor 17 A. B. Cable (3x50+1x35+1x16 sq.mm./ 3x95+1x70+1x16 sq.mm/3x120+1x90+1x16 sq.mm) 18 Laying, sagging, stringing and jumpering / binding of following Conductor on the pole as per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer, including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 19 ACSR Dog Conductor / Weasel Conductor 20 A. B. Cable (3x50+1x35+1x16 sq.mm./ 3x95+1x70+1x16 sq.mm/3x120+1x90+1x16 sq.mm) 21 Disconnecting of service cable of consumers from distribution box installed at damage pole and after erection new pole, than reconnecting the service cable of consumers to distribution box as per direction of supervising engineer. 22 Dismentling of LT Distribution box from damaged pole and thanafter erection of new pole fixing of LT distribution box and making connections of distribution box with LT mains by piercing clamps for Aerial Bunched Cable. 23 Fabrication of T-off Channel as per RESSPO Norms. 24 Fabrication of Top Channel as per RESSPO Norms. 25 Fabrication of Dropper Channel as per RESSPO Norms. 26 Fabrication of T/F Base Channel/Angle as per RESSPO Norms. 27 Fabrication of Top Hemper use for 33KV/11 Kv line as per RESSPO Norms. 28 Replacement of damaged Pin Insulator by new Pin Insulator. 29 Replacement of damaged Disc Insulator by new DiscInsulator. 30 Safe carriage of 11 KV XLPE cable zie 3x70/3x120/3x185/3x300 sq.mm. from Store Centre, Aligarh to the respective site of work including cost of shifting of drum from inside of store, removing of cable from drum and re-rolling of extra removed cable including loading & unloading at the respective ends. Its laying including making proper connections at respective ends including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work : 31 Dismantling andremoval of existing 33 KV / 11 KV XLPE Cable/ 11 KV A.B. Cableand then stacking in the respective JE Store/ Store Aligarh as per direction of Supervising Engineerincluding the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 32 Filling of 11 KV I/D & O/D cable jointing kit as per RESSPO Norms.
