    Bids Are Invited For DEVELOPMENT OF DIESEL ENGINE TEST FACILITY WITH WASTE HEAT RECOVERY LAB , Cooling pipeline with filter and suction strainer , Fuel system pipeline with pre filter , Lub oil pipeline with filter , Exhaust system pipeline with lagging with metal cladding and exhaust silencer , Fuel tank with level glass and pre filter in the fuel filling line to the tank , Lub oil tank with level glass and pre filter in the fuel filling line to the tank , Fuel and water system valves , Oil system valves , Engine on DG base frame , Control panel with limit switches and control switches , Fuel flow meter in the fuel system for monitoring readings from the remote and local panel , Exhaust gas analyser in the exhaust system , Noise enclosure for DA , Switchboard and associated cabling junction box for taking DA on load with proper earthing , Remote monitoring panel for monitoring all DA parameter remotely , Existing air starting motor to electric start with Two batteries , Industrial Exhaust Fans , Insdustrial lights with minimum 250 Lumens , Engine De preservation , Conduct of Safety device checks , Conduct of fuel system lub oil system independent checks , Endurance trials for 24 hours followed by conduct of Full Load trials of DA Total Quantity : 343
