    Annual Maintenance Contract for 2no. 13 passenger lifts at BSNL Bhavan, Hyderabad for FY 2024-25.; Providing Comprehensive Annual Maintenance for 2no 13 passenger lifts at BSNL Bhavan, Adarshnagar, Hyderabad as per the specification attached. This maintenance covers replacement of all equipement conneced to the Elevator like drives, motors, ropes, controller, controls etc., and items excluded from AMC are elevator car enclosure, elevator car, landing door panels, indicator bulbs, car cabin lighting bulbs, car cabin fan, alarm bell/buzzer, incoming wiring upto main switches in the machine room and batteries in the ARD.
