Tender For Construction Of Three Class (Ground And First Floor) School Building.; 1 Earth work excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS 20B and Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand, silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam ordinary soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering and baling out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil other than sand in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and completed, cleaning and levelling the site etc., complete Narrow Foundations - First Depth Upto 2.00M 2 Narrow Foundations - Second Depth - 2.00M - 3.00M 3 Open Earth Work Excavation 4 Supplying and filling in foundation andbasement with Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification. 5 Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one part of cement, four part of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and eight part of coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification 6 Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oakjoists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation - Plinth Beam 7 Centering for soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams ,etc.,including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X60cm X and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c )and supported dy casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm C/C) complying with standard specification and directed - For plane surfaces such asrectangular or square RCC columns, sunshades, top and bottom slab of RCC boxing, etc. 8 Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at not more than 75cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. - For plane surfaces such as RCC floor slab, roof slab, beams, lintels, bed blocks, landing slab, waist slab, portico slabs and beams, etc. 9 Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officersUpto Basement 10 Ground Floor 11 First Floor 12 Second Floor 13 Supply and fabrication of steel required for all RCC items of works involved in the schedule, cost of steel at site fabrication, labour charges for cleaning the rods straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills, including overlapping to the required length whenever necessary and placing the reinforcement in position as as per design given and specified in the drawings, including cost of binding wire, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc complete as per standard specification 14 Supplying and filling the basement with Carted Good Earth 5Km away from the site and filling in layers of not more than 15cmthick well rammed watered and compacted - etc., complete complying with standard specification. 15 Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & Five Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand)) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9X43/8X 23/4 standard specification including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining required elevation shall be done without extra cost) - Upto Basement 16 Ground Floor 17 First Floor 18 Second Floor 19 Brick Partition walls in CM 1:3 (one cement & three Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand)) using IIclass ground moulded bricks of size 9X43/8X23/4 using hoop iron reinforcement 2 Nos of 6mm dia M.S.rod at every three alternate layers and the cost shall inclusive of iron reinforcement, Brick work etc, complete as per standard specification - Ground Floor 20 First Floor 21 Second Floor 22 Manufacturing supplying and fixing ofMILD STEEL Window made out of 40 x 40 x 6 mm M.S angle for outer frame, 35 X 35 X 5mm M.S.Angle for outer frame of shutter. The entire shutter area shall be covered with CRC sheets (18 G) with 5Nos of stiffners using M.S.Flats of size 25 X 6mm at equal intervals horizontally. The corners of the frames and shutter with CRC sheets shall be welded by adopting flash butt welding or any other suitable method. Provision towards 3Nos, of Hinges incase of single shutters / 6Nos of Hinges incase ofDouble shutters of 125 X 31 X 1.25mm size placed at appropriate intervals and provisions shall be made for Tower bolts 2Nos, Aldrop 1No. The frame shall be provided with 6Nos,of Hold fast of 200mm length using 50 X 6mm M.S.Flat. The entire frame and shutter shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer including cost of hold fasts,hinges, locking arrangements, handles wind appliences etc., complete and as directed by the departemendal officers. 23 Manufacturing supplying and fixing ofMILD STEEL DOOR made out of 50 x 50 x 6 mm M.S angle for outer frame,35 X 35 X 5mm M.S.Angle for outer frame of shutter. The entire frame and shutter shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer including cost of hold fasts,hinges, locking arrangements, handles wind appliences etc., complete and as directed by the departemental officers. 24 Special ceiling plastering in all floors and finishing the exposed surface of RCC items of work such as slab, beam, sunshade, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three plastering sand (P- Sand)) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces and providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshade, staircase, step, landing slab etc., including neat finishing and curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. 25 Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five plastering sand (P- Sand)) 12mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specifications 26 Weathering Course with Concrete Broken Brick (S.I.No.278) & ( P & D) Data 54.Jelly 20mm gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over roof slab,the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thickness as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete as per standard specification. 27 Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 200 mm x 200 mm x 20 mm of approved quality in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement add three plastering sand (P- Sand)) 12 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete 28 Plain Cement Concrete 1:8:16 (one cement eight Commercial Sand (M- Sand) and sixteen coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying water carrying with all leads of good water compacting and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification 29 Paving the floor with kota stone slab of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm (un-polished) in all floors laid in of cement mortor 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick and pointed with colour cement neatly including polishing with polishing stone and oxalic acid etc., so as to perfectly smooth and glossy and including hire charges for polishing machine and power consumption charges etc. The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification. 30 Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia Stainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100 X 100 X 6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete. The rate is inclusive of the charges for cutting, bending, welding, grinding, polishing, conveyance, electrical charges, etc. complete 31 Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed exterior emulsion paint of first quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including preparing the surface, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris putty wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification. 32 Painting the new iron work with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat and including cost of painting materials, brushes, putty, preparation of surfaces and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer. 33 Paving the Platforms with one side Pre- Polished Cuddapah Slabs of required size 40mm thick in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three Plastering sand (P- Sand)) 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement etc, complete as per standard specification. 34 Providing & fixing PVC RAIN WATER DOWNFALL PIPE of 110mm dia with necessary T.W.Clamps Plugs, Shoes,Bemds, other clamps, screws nails etc.,complete complying with standard specification. The rate is inclusive of cost of removable iron gratings of appropriate size. The size of Teak Wood plugs used is 150X25mm in front & 200x75mm in rear (wall side) with a depth of 110mm. The pipe is to be fixed by means of U clamps at the centre of pipes to be fixed.110mm dia PVC Pipe [4 Kg/SqCm] 35 Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sqmm (22 /0.3 ) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories inflush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point / Fan point (For Electronic regulator).
