Tender For U 200 Bucket Elevator Building Light Roofing Works-- 1 Chipping plastering 2 Dismantling old/weak plaster over masonry or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including scaffolding upto 5 mtr height,tools and takles and disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 1kms lead,at all heights 3 Demolishing RCC 4 Demolishing R.C.C. work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge. 5 Centering & Shuttering 6 Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc for mass concrete 7 RCC for pedestal 8 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, slabs, suspended floors, roofs, having slope up to 15 landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (Zone III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).Cement and TMT bars supplied by KMML 9 GI tube for truss work (JSW,TATA,Apollo) 10 Steel work in built up G I tubular ( round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved epoxy primer and 2 or more coats of epoxy paint, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete 11 Laying departmentally supplied 2 mm PVC sheet with ridges etc 12 Fixing PVC sheets upto any pitch in horizontal /vertical / curved surfaces and fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers with EPDM seal complete ,(excluding cost of sheet, purlins, rafters and trusses.The required sheet and fixtures shall be supplied by the company), including shifting, lifting,cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required,all tools,tackles, labours, etc.For level from 10mtr to 20mtr. 13 Fixing steel 14 Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power drivendrill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm upto 200mm in RCC beams, lintels,columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for sunshades/balconies includingfixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approvedmake but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.Upto and including 16mm dia. 15 Steel work for pedestal 16 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete .Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more (TMT steel bars shall be supplied by company) 17 Applying bonding agent 18 Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive onchippedportion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-chargecomplete in allrespect.SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @2.2kg cementper sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer. 19 Scaffolding 20 Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story hight made with 40 mm dia. M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staricase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required location with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in Charge.The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note:- This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done . 21 Plastering 22 Plastering with 12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)(The required cement shall be supplied by KMML at our store)
