Replacement Of Electrical Items Of 36 Kw Sterlizer Machine In Emergency Ot And Rewinding Of 5 H.P Electric Motor At Govt Ld Hospital, Srinagar.- 1 providing and fitting of 3 pole 70 amp powercontactor by way of dismantling the old and worn out one with new one. The contactor should confirm to IS/IEC 60947-4-1.the job includes testing of item at full load andproviding of skilled labour, tools and tackles to complete the job. 2 providing, fittingof 100 amp 3 pole MCCB with magnetic and thermal release(100-125)having breaking capacity of 25ka at 415 volt ac by way of dismantling the old and worn out MCCB from the panel and refitting of new one,the job includes providing of skilled labour, tools and tackles to complete the whole job. 3 providing and laying of 25 Sqmm 4 Core FRLS Black Copper Sheathed Flexible Cable.The wire should confirm to IEC 60228 and IS 694:2010.the job includes providing of skilled labour, tools and tackles to the complete the whole job. 4 Complete rewinding of the motor of capacity 5H.P/3.72 kw, 3 phase 50 hz,2330 RPM pertaining to laundary hydro exctrator plant by way of dismantling the extractor along with motor assembly, the job includes replacing damaged copper wiring of suitable gauge copper wiring as per existing pitch of modular OT . The job includes p/f bearing as per sample along with repairing of bearing seats, lathoroid sheets,bamboo sticks, varnishing compound and other consumable items required for carrying out such job . the job also includes disconnecting of the motor from the foundation and shifting it to the workshop by mechanical transport for rewinding and after carrying the necessary repairs and shifting it back to the site and installing the same. the job also includes the checking the performanceof the same on full load and idle load(the firm has to quote less by scrap value of the damaged copper wiring.). the job includes providing of skilled labour, tools and tackles to complete the whole job
