The job includes crank shaft grinding and polishing, fitting of crank shaft main bearings. Connecting rod bush fitting and reaming. Fitting of connecting rods with crank shaft (includes fitting of big end bearings) and with the piston (04 no’s). Fitting of piston assembly into cylinder liners 04 nos. Cam shaft grinding /polishing including its bush fitting and reaming. Refitting of timing gears and fly wheel ring. Cleaning of lube oil pump and proper refitting of the same. The job includes head seat cutting and fitting, valve guide seat extraction, valve seat grinding, valve facing and grinding, and further fitment of the same. The job includes engine head gasket and tappet cover changing, engine head facing, rocker bush fitting and reaming. Proper fitting of water pump assembly. The job includes unloading engine from chassis and installation of the same after overhauling followed by testing. The job also includes Carbide testing of cylinder block and head for detecting leaks. The job further includes reinstallation of the pump with test and trial.The job also includes carriage of items to SCCR Gurez. 4 Replacement of Engine Oil :- The job includes removing of old Engine oil and repouring of new engine oil 17 Ltrs having grade 20W 40 of reputed brand 5 P/F of diesel pipe Set (set of 4) along with clamps 6 P/F of M.Oil Filter 7 P/F of clutch facing set (set of 3) 8 P/F of Hose Pipe Set with Clamps 9 Providing & fitting of Fan Belt (A51/S4000701) 10 Providing of Lubricating Grease (Red/Black) 11 Providing & fitting of M Oil pressure pipe 12 Providing of Dhoti Cloth 13 Diesel Road Roller No.444 WilsonReplacement of Engine Oil :- The job includes removing of old Engine oil and repouring of new engine oil 17 Ltrs having grade 20W 40 of reputed brand . 14 P/F of diesel pipe Set (set of 4) along with clamps 15 P/F of M.Oil Filter 16 Repairs to electrical system by way of replacement of damaged fuses and replacement of damaged wiring by way of engaging expert automobile electrician and providing/fitting of necessary wiring of suitable size as per sample. The Job has to be Carried out at Site Gurez 17 P/F of clutch facing set (set of 3) 18 P/F of Exhaust Silencer Assembly as per sample. This job includes fitting of whole new exhaust assembly by way of demounting the old and damaged exhaust and refitting of new one. All the tools/tackles/carriage/labour etc required for the job shall be provided by firm at Site Gurez. The old material retrieved shall be returned to the sub-division by the contracting agency. The Job has to be Carried out at Site Gurez 19 Providing of Lubricating Grease (Red/Black) 20 Providing of Dhoti Cloth 21 Providing and fitting of Clutch Sleeve sliding as per sample.All the tools/tackles/carriage/labour etc required for the job shall be provided by firm. The old material retrieved shall be returned to the sub-division by the contracting agency. 22 Providing & fitting of Fan Belt (A51/S4000701) 23 Diesel Road Roller No.670 WilsonReplacement of Engine Oil:- The job includes removing of old Engine oil and repouring of new engine oil 17 Ltrs having grade 20W 40 of reputed brand . 24 P/F of diesel pipe Set (set of 4) along with clamps 25 P/F of M.Oil Filter 26 P/F of clutch facing set (set of 3) 27 P/F of new clutch unit assembly by way of dismantling the old clutch unit, removing the damaged and fitting and testing of new clutch unit for proper functioning. All the tools/tackles/carriage/labour etc required for the job shall be provided by firm. The old material retrieved shall be returned to the sub-division by the contracting agency. 28 Providing & fitting of Fan Belt (A51/S4000701) 29 P/F of Link Livers 30 Providing of Lubricating Grease (Red/Black) 31 Demounting of Gear Box from Diesel Road Roller No.670 Wilson by engaging export automobile technician. The job further includes dismounting old items tube assembly, splinder assembly, Collar bearing, spring, Backing plate and rivets and providing and fitting of new same parts. The job further includes drainage of gear oil and dismantling and cleaning of all gear and refitting then into gear box along with refilling of gear oil. The job further includes testing of machine of road for proper functioning and including cast of fuel for testing. The job also includes carriage of items to SCCR Gurez.
