Macadamization Of Mir Mohalla Quangipora Hushroo.- 1 Road work 2 Supplying and stacking at site Graded crushed stone aggregate of size 63 mm to 45 mm 3 Supplying and stacking at sitestone screening of 13.2 mm nominal size. 4 Supplying and stacking at site Moorum 5 Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening /binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density 6 Carriage of materials by MT from source to site of work including loading unloading complete. 7 stone Agg. 63mm-45mm for an avg. lead of 27 Km 8 Stone screening and Moorum for an avg lead of 25 km. 9 Providing and laying of 300 mm dia RCC spun pipes in proper position/ grade including cutting of road surface upto required depth, providing requisite cushion including carriage of all materials and pipes upto site of work complete. 10 Macadam 11 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts,laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and ompacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge 12 Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade –VG-10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, leaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications 13 Providing and applying 50 mm thick Bitumens Macadam base course with stone aggregate of quantity size and grading as specified in CPWD specification and straight run bitumen of 80/100 @ 3% by weight of total mix incld hot mixing of stone stone agg. And bitumen in hot mix plant transporting and laying mixed material with paver finisher to the required level and grade , rolling with road roller of 8.10 tone capacity to achieve the required compaction and denisity incld cost and carriage of all materials involved up to site of work complete tools , plants , equipments and all allied machinery , labour taxes fee testing charges for maintaining quality controldujring and after execution of work complete in all respects incld cost and carriage of bitumen. 14 Providing and laying 25 mm thicksemidense bitumen concrete using msterial agg. satisfying the gradation set out in specefication with 1 % binder content ( by weight of mix) bitumen of grade VG 10 with laid of hot mix plant and paver finisher incl. rolling with 8-10 tonne capicity road roller to achieve the required compaction and denisity( with bitumen 80/100 ) incld cost and carriage of all materials involved up to site of work complete tools , plants , equipments and all allied machenery labour taxes fee testing charges for maintaning quality control during and after execution of work complete in all respects incld cost and carriage of bitumen.incld all carriage 15 Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade VG-10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing with road all complete.
