No. Item Description 1 Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drain in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding lateritc or sand stone ) includig removing , spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75m as directed .The item includes necessary trimming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. 2 (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1.500mm 3 A) Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity) 4 Single Brick Flat soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and fillinfg joints with local sand 5 Cement concrete with graded stone ballast (40mm. Size) excluding shuttering. N.B variety In ground flloor. (a) 1:3:6 proportion. 6 Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (b) River bazree 7 Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. a) River bazree 8 Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in the all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. including supply of rods, initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary),cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing land direction. (a). For works in foundation, basement and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m.(i)Tor steel / Mild Steel (b) Extra for works beyond the roof of grond floor/initial 4m (i) upto 4 th floor roof. JSW / JSPL / SHYAM / SRMB / BMAS L/ ELECTROSTEEL / SSL 9 M.S.or W.I. Ornamental grill of approved design joints continuously welded with M.S, W.I. Flats and bars of windows, railing etc. fitted and fixed with necessary screws and lugs in ground floor. (ii) Grill weighing above 16 Kg./sq.mtr and above 10 Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m. using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing, fixing and striking out after completion of works. (upto roof of ground floor). (f) 25 mm to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation. 11 Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m. using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing, fixing and striking out after completion of works. (upto roof of ground floor). (a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 12 125 mm. thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (4:1) in ground floor 13 Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course,caffolding / stagging where necessary(first floor). (Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface)(i) With 1:6 cement morter. 14 (a) 20.mm thick plaster 15 (b) 15.mm thick plaster 16 (c) with 4:1 cement morter, 10 mm thick plaster 17 Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE: Cement 0.152 cu.m per 100 sq.m 18 Applying extrior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or concrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured ( matt finish )or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface thoroughly, complete as per manufacturers specirfication and as per direction of E.I.C. In Ground Floor. (b) Two coats 19 Protective and decorative acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality as per manufacturers specirfication and as per direction of E.I.C. to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour,scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. In Ground Floor (Two Coats). (c) Normal Acrylic Emulsion. 20 Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc. 21 Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc, on the surface if necessary: 22 (b) On steel or other metal surface. 23 With super gloss (hi-gloss) - iv) Two coats (with any shade except white.) 24 M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-incharge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. I) For structural members of specified sections weighing less than 22.5 Kg./m 25 Supplying fitting and fixing 600 mm ( ±30 mm) diametre R.B.T (Reinforced Barbed Tape) Concertina fencing on wall top using concertina coils stretched to approx.6 meters length at site clipped with two nos. of horizontal R.B.T strands which will be tensioned and fixed with the vertical M.S angle iron posts by means of security fasteners (such as C clips, R.B.T clips etc.) 26 Earth work in filling in compound, tank, low land, ditches etc. with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including breaking clods and consolidating the same by ramming and dressing complete. (Payment will be made on profile measurement before and after the work) (ii) With carried earth arranged by the contractor within a radius exceeding 3 km. but not exceeding 5 km. including the cost of carried earth. 27 Carrying CI/DI pipes with specials and valves and lowering placing in position and laying carefully inside the trenches in proper alignment and gradient etc. including earth work in excavation of adequate width as per specification having min. clear cover from top of pipe is 1.10mtr. below existing ground level in any kind of soil including mixed with boulder, road sub-grade and its flank,but excluding moorum and laterite and stone etc.without damaging the exisiting telephone/electric cable etc.(in case of damaged if any type of cable line during excecution , necessary damaged charges as applicable by the respective authority will be borne by the agency in his own cost) preparing the bottom surface for continuous bedding of pipe line and laying pipes, fitting, fixing specials and valves with bailing out water if any including carriage of pipes, specials and valves from local deptt. store within 8KM and back filling the trenches with excavated earth in layers to original condition as per specification and direction of EIC. The surplus materials after execution of work are to be return to the deptt. store. 28 b) 100mm dia. 29 Supplying & laying as per IRC-SP:063-2004 paver unit of any shade of approved quality as per relevant IS code, laid in pattern as directed in pavement, footpath, driveway (paver block only), etc including necessary underlay complete in all respect with all labour and material. [Border concrete if necessary to be paid separately]. Note: Sub-grade CBR should not be less than 5.a) Supply & Laying 25 mm thick Tiles of any shade of approved quality as per relevant IS Code, IS : 1237-2012 laid in pattern for footpath, ramp, staircase of public building over 25mm thick (Avg) Cement mortar(1:3) & Cement Slurry @ 4.4 kg/Sq.M at back side of Block, (Cement for Mortar & Slurry to be supplied by Department). in all respect i.e, with all labour and material. (Border concrete if necessaryto be paid separately.) Note: Sub-grade CBR should not be less than 5 30 Add GST @ 18% 31 Add Labour Wlfare Cess @1%
