No. Item Description 1 Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drain in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding lateritc or sand stone ) includig removing , spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75m as directed .The item includes necessary trimming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. 2 (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1.500 mm 3 Cement concrete with 30mm.down graded shingles excluding shuttering. N.B. Variety 4 a) 6:3:1 proportion 5 Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. 6 a) River bazree 7 Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. including supply of rods, initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16gauge black annealed wire at every inter-section, complete as per drawing and direction. 8 (a) For work in foundation, basement and upto roof of ground floor 9 (i) Tor steel / Mild steel ii) JSW/JSPL/SHYAM/SRMB/BMASL/ELECTROSTEEL/SSL 10 Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) 11 a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 12 Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. 13 a) River bazree 14 Plaster (to wall,floor,ceiling etc.) with sand and cement morter including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface,including throading, nosing and drip course where necessary.(excluding the cost of chipping over concrete surface) 15 I)In Ground floor 16 (c )With (4:1) cement morter, 10.mm thick plaster 17 (b )With (4:1) cement morter, 15.mm thick plaster 18 Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE: Cement 0.152 cu.m per 100 sq.m 19 Protective and decorative acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality as per manufacturers specirfication and as per direction of E.I.C. to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour,scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. Normal Acrylic Emulsion (Two Coats) 20 M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-in charge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc.. 21 I) For structural members of specified sections weighing less than 22.5 Kg./m 22 Earth work in filling in compound, tank, low land,ditches etc. with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including breaking clods and consolidating the same by ramming and dressing complete. (Payment will be made on profile measurement before and after the work) (a) With carried earth arranged by the contractor within a radius exceeding 3 km. but not exceeding 5 km. including cost of carried earth. 23 125 mm. thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) in ground floor. 24 Add GST @ 18% 25 Add Labour Wlfare Cess @1%
