All kind of electrical fixtures like spotlights, halogens, power plug sockets for proper illumination of the stall 17 Scope of creating display area for the merchandise souvenir products 18 Illuminated & decorated desk along with lock and key facility (3 ft. x 2 ft.) 19 Bookshelf for the entire pavilion to display publicity materials 20 Glass Round Table 21 VIP Chairs 22 Three Seater Sofa with Centre Table 23 Glass Bowl 24 Laptop 25 Printer 26 High Speed Internet Connectivity / 4 G Dongle 27 Stationery Items (A4 Paper, Stapler, Pen etc.) 28 Transportation and Refreshments 29 Provision for tea/coffee and cookies @Rs.20 to the guests and officials during the event for 20heads per day 30 Provision for light refreshment along with Tiffin @ Rs 350/- per head to the during the event for 10 heads per day 31 Provision for mineral drinking water (250 ml) 48 Nos per day 32 Deployment of Two AC Car for officials / guests (rate may be quoted on daily basis) 33 Publicity Material transportation charges, storage, material disposal charges, insurance, security charges for the stall/ material, cleaning charges, dismantling charges of the stall will have to be borne by the agency 34 Event Management 35 Depute two attendants for distribution of Publicity Brochures 36 Required manpower for the cleaning and maintenance 37 Documentation (Still) 38 Govt.
