    Tender For Hiring Of Venue For Residential Mdp => Limited; 1 1) Basic category room with MAP (single occupancy basis only). 2) Total requirement = 240 room nights. 3) 40 rooms for 6 nights (Check-in on Sept 01, 2024, and check-out on Sep 07, 2024) = 240 Room Night 4) Minimum Guarantee = 168 room nights. 5) Flexibility for Early check-in / Late check-out 6) Meals - Dinner will get started from 01st September 2024 and breakfast from 2nd September 2024 to 07th September 2024 1 1) Basic category room with AP (single occupancy basis only). 2) Total requirement = 240 room nights. 3) 40 rooms for 6 nights (Check-in on Sept 01, 2024, and check-out on Sep 07, 2024) = 240 Room Night 4) Minimum Guarantee = 168 room nights. 5) Flexibility for Early check-in / Late check-out 6) Meals - Dinner will get started from 01st September 2024 and breakfast from 2nd September 2024 to 07th September 2024. 7) 1 auditorium/conference required. The auditorium/conference room can accommodate 40 participants (in a half-moon shape or a classroom setup) for all days, i.e., from September 02 - September 06, 2024 (tentative timings 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM). 8) Tea/coffee and cookies during the breaks between sessions (in a day, there will be 2 such breaks) The room rent per night should include all meals (mentioned in point 6), snacks (mentioned in point 7), and auditorium/hall charges (mentioned in point 5).
