Tender For Providing And Fixing Of Open Gym Equipments In Various Parks Of Municipal Corporation Ambala City In Ward No.11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16,17, 18, 19- 1 Providing and fixing Air Walker with below specifications:- Dimensions (LxWxH) 1100x550x1480mm, fabricated with main post of NB 100mm (G.I) ‘C’ Class Pipe of approved make. ‘U’ shaped main frame of NB 65mm (G.I) ‘C’ Class Pipe. All other pipes of NB 32mm (G.I) ‘C’ Class. (‘NB’ stands for Nominal Bore i.e., internal Diameter of pipe in millimetres), all pipes are powder coated with 80-120 micron thick Akzo Nobel or equivalent paints. All joints of pipe are robotic welded with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint is applied at all the welding points prior to finishing. Base plate cover made of virgin LLDPE plastic by rotational moulding with minimum 4.00mm thickness, UV resistant and coloured. Foothold made of nylon alloy with rounded edges to prevent impact and injury. Maintenance free bearings of SKF or equivalent make duly oil sealed and self-lubricated are used in the equipment manufactured.
