Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid for Services - Various Support Services verification and repair of Intelligent Pigging Survey Anomaly points - Setting up marker station & Measurement Providing assistance for locating the pipeline and taking GPS location, measurement for approach road, drawing & Providing assistance for manual measurement by tape or chain from Marker station to marker station along the Row for establishment of the distance including supply of rope, peg etc. The job involves placing magnetic marker on the pipe surface at a distance of one kilometer interval. The job requires cross- trenching and locating the pipe. Excavate the pipe up to its top surface (average depth 1.5-1.7 meter) Supply of Marker plastic Supply of Marker plastic (traffic cone or equivalent) to be placed over Magnets for future ease of identification. Assistance during PIG run Assistance During Cleaning PIG run, ILI (MFL) tnol run and Material handling including cleaning, oil handling, material loading, unloading and miscellaneous job related to IP survey. Supply of Hydra/Crane Supply of Hydra/Crane for Logistic Support for various activities at the site as directed by Engineer in Charge Mobilization & De-mobilization Mobilization and de mobilization of personnel, materials, equipment and setting up of camp (including required arrangement for camp, water, sanitation etc.) for verification and repair of defect for each pigging sector. Camps will be provided by OIL. For all dig verification and defect repair within a (+/- 12 KM pipeline distance, Mobilization & De-mobilization will be considered as one unit, or as directed by OIL Description WELDING OF FULL ENCIRCLEMENT SLEEVES Fabrication, fitment and Welding of full encirclement sleeves by API certified welder having valid certificate in last 6 months from the date of contract. The job includes making the weld sleeve in two halves of suitable length by cutting and griding from line pipes or as directed by OIL including testing and inspection (DP/ Telltale test) after welding. The cost includes services of cutting, grinding and welding including welding machine, grinding machine, cutting set etc. and all other consumables along with labors. Pipes will be supplied by the owner, from owners Store yards and shall be transported to site at the Contractors risk and cost. 1 unit means 2 halves so that it encircles/grips the full circumference of the existing running pipeline. Excavation & Backfilling Providing assistance for locating the pipe by manual or mechanized excavation, pegging on the RoW, measurement for identification of defect location manually or as directed by OIL, excavation for repair job and backfilling for restoration of site. I m of excavation and back filling refers to (2x2x1) M3 i.e. Depth-2 m, Breath-2m, Length 1 m of earth removal per meter in average NB: Normally the pipe is within 2 m depth. However, in some locations the pipe may be at more than 2 m depth. Dewatering of working site/pit The work includes Pumping out of water caused by rains, broken water mains/ drains etc. including supply of pump-motor, necessary labour, disposal of rubbish etc. (Minimum capacity of Pump 3 HP). The job shall be executed as per instruction of Engineer in-charge. Trench Protection Both side of trench Services of Bamboo Piling Work of total height of 1.2 m with center to center of vertical Bamboo spacing of maximum 15 cm and provided with 2 horizontally split bamboos running horizontally fixed with binding wires and nails and including supply of all materials like jati bamboo, binding Description wire etc.to stop erosion of sail. The Job shall be as per instructions of the Engineer in Charge. Supply & placing of earth filled Bags. Supply of earth filled bags including transportation to working site for bund preparation in wet areas. The work includes Providing and laying in position empty HDPE bags (Good condition) filled with sand and/or earth, stitching the bags, handling and placing them at position etc. complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge at sites prone to washout along the pipeline. Arrangement for approach road Arrangement for approach road with sand & pea gravel, if required. Vendors have to locally arrange the material depending on the location of dig verification. Refurbishment of coating Refurbishment of coating and wrapping of 406.4 mm OD pipeline by cold applied tape. The job involves scrapping of the existing coating, sandblasting (including supply of sand), transportation of material to site, scrap disposal, providing safety protection during surface preparation , application of primer applying OIL provided pipe coating as directed by Engineer in Charge .After coating inspection, if holiday appears , the same to be rectified by vendor without claiming any extra amount.
