Tender For Utility Area Works In Main Plant Of Heavy Water Plant Manuguru.; 1 Welding of CS pipe and pipe fittings as per enclosed scope of work cum technical specification 2 Welding and fabrication of SS pipe joints and fittings as per the enclosed scope of work cum technical specification 3 HDPE welding of pipes and fittings, as per the enclosed technical specifications 4 Laying of fabricated pipe spools along with fittings with suitable anchoring supports, with reinforcement pads etc., upto all elevations as per enclosed technical specification 5 De-erection of piping at different locations/ elevations, including retrival of useful material 6 Flange joint maintenance of various sizes from including opening of flange , inspection and repair of flange faces and replacement of gasket before tightening 7 Painting of newly laid CS pipes 8 Excavation of earth for exposing of pipeline in order to facilitate repair of Underground pipe, followed by re-filling of earth 9 Hot insulation removal in order to facilitate repair/replacement of pipeline/flange joints maintenance etc., followed by refixing of the insulation material 10 Construciton of concrete pedestal as support in-order to facilitate laying of pipeline as per the enclosed techncia specification 11 Wrapping and coating of pypkote or equivalent on Under ground pipilines 12 Valves dropping & re-erection of various sizes 13 Valve servicing of various sizes 14 Refurbishment of PC/CLF, strengthening of piping supports in DM plant and other structures erections 15 De-erection of structures 16 Gland packing replacement 17 DU reflex & vent condensers cleaning 18 Scaffolding at various places from 8 Mtrs upto 20 Mtrs height 19 Scaffolding at various placesupto 8 Mtrs height
