Servicing Of Cummins Make 320Kva Dg Set-01No And 40Kva Dg Set01no Installed At Honble High Court Complex, Jammu.-- 1 Servicing of the Cummins make 320KVA D.G. Set-01No & 40KVA D.G. Set-01No installed at Hon’ble High Complex Jammu by way of removing all the electrical connections then executing below mentioned works against S.No 02 to 13 and reconnecting all electric connections after works, testing on no load and full load. 2 The job includes draining out the old lube oil and providing & filling of new Cummins SAE15W-40 lube oil. 3 Complete draining and cleaning/servicing of the radiator with chemical cleaner/radiwash-03ltr 4 Providing and filling the radiator with new corrosion inhibitor. 5 Providing and fitting of new element lube oil filter inplace of old one. 6 Providing and fitting of Fuel filter with ring kit-01No inplace of old one. 7 Providing and fitting of Super bypass filter element kit-01No inplace of old one. 8 Providing and fitting of Seal, O Ring inplace of old one. 9 Providing and fitting of Air cleaner element Kit-01No inplace of old one. 10 Providing of Foil sealed test strips-01No. 11 Providing and fitting of dry Cummins Pulse Lite 12V, 65Ah Battery inplace of old ones. 12 Providing and fitting of Hoses & belts in place of old/damaged ones. 13 Job also includes monitoring and controlling of all kind of vibrations, noise, smoke and control panel parameters. Complete Job includes of 320KVA DG set including cost of material, carriage, service charges, taxes etc. 14 Servicing of the Cummins make 40KVA D.G. Set-01No installed at Hon’ble High Complex Jammu by way of removing all the electrical connections then executing below mentioned works against S.No 15 to 22 and reconnecting all electric connections after works, testing on no load and full load. 15 Providing and filling the radiator with new corrosion inhibitor. 16 The job includes draining out the old lube oil and providing & filling of new Cummins SAE15W-40 lube oil. 17 Providing and fitting of Air cleaner element Kit-01No inplace of old one. 18 Providing of Foil sealed test strips-01No. 19 B check kit(fuel fiter, lube oil filter and coolant filter) for CPCB-II, X3.6(40KVA) without test strips. 20 Providing and fitting of Cummins value plus 12V, 95Ah Battery inplace of old one. 21 Providing and fitting of Hoses & belts in place of old/damaged ones. 22 Job also includes monitoring and controlling of all kind of vibrations, noise, smoke and control panel parameters for the smooth functioning of DG set. Complete Job of 40KVA Dg set including cost of material, carriage, service charges, taxes etc.
