Tender For Street Development Of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Marg Form Rasoolpur Thana To Sadar Junction, 1 ROAD WORK 2 Dismantling of flexible pavement (bituminous courses) by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled material up to a lead of 1 kilometre, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 3 Dismentalling of B.O.E soling/Inter locking tiles Including Stacking of servicable material and disposal of unservicable material within a lead of 50m as per direction of EI/C (Labour only) 4 Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead 50m for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. 5 Cartage of Ballast, Kankar, coat, grit or sand etc including loading & unloading but excluding stackings on pucca roads lead for 10.0 km 6 Providing, laying spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate of approved quarry towet mix macadam (WMM)150 mm thicknessspecification including premixing the material with water at O.M.C in machenical mix plant carriege of mixed material by tipper to site, lating in uniform layers with paver in sub -base /base course on well prepared suface & compacting with vibroatory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per MoR &H clause 406& as directed by Engineer Incharge including all machine charges & including all labour, T& P etc req for proper completion of work. 7 Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30 8 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. 9 Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam 50 mm thickness using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specificatons and directions of Engineer-in- Charge. 50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 4.25% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity. 10 Providing and laying porous hot bituminous mix as per grading of IRC SP 125 2019 with Drum/Batch type hot mix plant producing an average output oh 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregated of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 3 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause NO. 507 complete in all respects and then cooling to air temperature. Subsequently then grouting through cementitious material to ensure full deptth grouting for CGBM layer 11 Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site; each panel of size 2.50mx2.00m made of 40x40x6mm angle iron or 50x50x3mm hollow MS tube posts/horizontal members/bracings covered with 1.63mm thick MS sheet. The sheet shall be fixed with 30x5mm MS flat by suitable welding/riveting. The panels shall be made so that gap of 50cm above the ground is available making overall height as 2.5m. MS channel ISMC 75 @ 5.70 kg/m, 50cm long shall be provided at the bottom having oval shaped holes of size 50x25mm at both ends with 50cm long MS angle 40x40x6mm bracing. Suitable arrangement shall be made to fix the barricading to avoid from overturning by providing 250mm long expansion fasteners at both ends. 12 DRAIN WORK 13 Dismantling reinforcement cement concrete or reinforcement brick work, including stacking of materials as directcd by Engineer-in-charge with in a distance of 60 mt- (200 feet) 14 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal ofmaterial within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix 15 Dismantling brick work or stone work in lime or cement mortar and including stacking of materials as directed by Engineer-In- Charge within a distance of 60 meters (200 feet). 16 Excavation of foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 meter and lead upto 30 meter and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of sur-plus earth as directed by the Engineer incharge up to a distance of 30 meters from the foundation trenches. 17 Cartage of Ballast, Kankar, coat, grit or sand etc including loading & unloading but excluding stackings on pucca roads lead for 6 km as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. 18 Hire charges of Pump set of capacity 5 KW 19 Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 m lift and 30m lead. Use of Median Marker provides safety against collision happening with medians during night time, or severe weather. Flexible Median Markers shall be provided with fluorescent yellow colour retro-reflective sheeting Type XI as per IRC:67.
