The solution was implemented on 2017 and was on AMC starting from July 2017. The OEM of the solution is Checkpoint. After the expiry of the initial AMC, the maintenance services were again hired vide GEM contract GEMC511687744150554 dated 18/08/2021 for the period of three years. The scope of work mentioned herein is a broad guideline for Checkpoint Direct Enterprise Premium Support Services.
