    Bids Are Invited For 9M119m0600010 Body Total Quantity : 2381 But Description A 1 Raw materials are in BDL scope and will be issued at free of cost against submission of IB for value of Rs.60,82,000/-collection of the same is responsibility of vendor. 2 3 As per process required Heat treatment process/ Stress relieving process and any other process are in vender scope. If required Magnetic flaw detection, Hydraulic pressure test, Destruction test and checking of Hardness tests, Mechanical properties, Inspection etc in vender scope. 4 S As per process all Fixtures, Gauges, Tools, Dies and Moulds etc are in vender scope. As per process required Inspection and Test Certificates to be submitted along with each batch of supply. 6 7 As per process coating & painting including marking process in party scope. Other chemicals if required any are in vendor scope. Delivery Schedule: Supply within 4 months from the date of issue of FIMs (RM). Partial supplies are acceptable. B BDL (or) its representative has right to inspect the Mfg. Process/components at any stage of manufacturing at supplier Premises. 9 Packing should be done with Butter/Bubble sheet 10 Chemicals/paints, Nigrosine, SA-4 BF-4, D4 SA-4 and phenol formal dehyde amity157 and if any welding material/ wire/Rod are in vendor scope, requisite certificate along with supplies to be provided
