    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - annual maintenance contract of computer--• Comprehensive AMC / FMS for all IT Assets (Lodhi Road , Siri Fort Auditorium & Mahadev Road) • Engineer Should be capable of handling the day-to-day affair • Response Time for the attending of the call will be 4 Hours in case of any delay beyond 24 Hours will lead to LD Charges • Payment Terms – Quarterly • AMC Can be renewed for maximum for 3 Years after completion of 1 Year • Vendor / supplier part will be genuine. • Resident engineer or support will be needed if required on Saturday /Sunday / gazetted holiday for any urgency following work. • Weakley preventive maintenance of all computers and peripherals. • Cleaning of internal components to prevent dust accumulation. • Checking and updating of antivirus software. • Performance optimization through disk cleanup and defragmentation. • Regular Inspections: Scheduled inspections of IT equipment to check for potential issues. • Cleaning: Periodic cleaning of equipment, such as servers, desktops, laptops, and peripherals. • Updates and Patches: Installation of necessary software updates and security patches. • Hardware Testing: Checking hardware components for wear and tear. • Data Recovery: Assisting with data recovery in case of hardware failure. • Virus and Malware Removal: Ensuring systems are free from harmful software • Detailed record-keeping of all maintenance activities. • Regular updates on the status of your IT infrastructure. • Recommendations for hardware and software upgrades.-- Total Quantity :
