Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid for Services - Electrical and instrumentation Maintenance Activities - PROVIDING SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THE ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENTATION MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES AT BPCL BR COT, VADINAR. - The following shall be the scope covered under this tender as minimum. 1. Preventive maintenance, condition monitoring, corrective maintenance, breakdown maintenance, providing support to the third-party vendors and OEM visits at COT. The details contained in the bid documents are based on field data as available with BPCL BR COT Vadinar at the time of preparation of the bidding documents. It is the responsibility of the bidder to verify the details shown in the bid documents based on his own findings and/or additional surveys, if required, at his own cost. The bidder shall take Into consideration all aspects of the work at the time of bidding. 2. Vendor shall adhere to and follow prevailing statutory requirements. Vendor shall follow BPCL Standard Maintenance Procedure (SMP), SOPs and BPCL’s Check lists etc. 3. All electrical isolation and energization shall be done by service provider staff with proper PPEs. 4. Maintenance of HT/LT motors, starter modules, circuit breakers, checking of control schematic/circuits and testing of breakers. Maintenance of HT/LT switchgear to make it dust and oil free Greasing of electrical motor. 5. Testing, maintenance & treatment of earth pits including supply of all consumables for all types of earthing pits. The measurement of resistance of individual earth pit shall be done Half yearly. Half yearly resistance value to be sticked on the earth pit tag plates shall be in the scope of contractor. Watering in individual earth pits shall be done as and when required in all seasons. 6. Providing temporary lighting arrangements as per the instructions of BPCL EIC and/or person nominated by BPCL EIC. 7. Maintenance of all lighting installation like streetlights, high mast, all buildings etc. in entire plant area and non-plant area. 8. Condition monitoring of various systems like fire alarm system, PA system, CP system, HC detection system, servo and radar gauging systems, UPS system, and its battery backup system etc. 9. maintenance of electrical/telecom switchboards in buildings including cable termination, glanding etc. 10. Routine maintenance of all field junction boxes (JB of PA system, Servo system, Radar System, Fire Alarm system), welding sockets, etc. 11. Monitoring and maintaining the healthiness of system cabinets like GDS Cabinet, TFMS cabinet, Telemetry system cabinets etc. in control room under the guidance of BPCL EIC. 12. Physical inspection/maintenance of all instruments like LT/TT/PT/FT/DPT, pressure switches, level switches, gas detectors, pressure gauges, level gauges etc. 13. Providing temporary electrical connection for welding/cutting/grinding machines as and when required in the plant area as per the instructions of BPCL EIC and/or person nominated by BPCL EIC. 14. Providing support to the OEMs visiting BPCL COT Vadinar for various Electrical & Instrumentation equipment installed within the COT premises under the guidance of BPCL EIC. 15. Housekeeping of work area after completion of the maintenance activities and to be restored it to the original condition as per instructions of BPCL EIC and/or person nominated by BPCL EIC. 16. The services listed above are only indicative and not exhaustive. 17. All the electrical and instrumentation activities shall be carried out as per the instructions of BPCL EIC. Total Quantity :
