All consumable to be arrange by contractor at his own cost :- 21 33 KV PT with PT Junction Box 22 33KV LA 23 33 KV CT with CT Junction Box 24 33 KV LSI 25 33 KV BSI 26 Erection of 01 No. 33 KV VCB Pole. 27 33kv Tripple feeder Control & Relay panel 28 Meter Cubical with 02 Nos ABT Energy Meter 29 Stringing of 3 phase jack Bus from Main gantry to Distribution outgoing gantry with ACSR Panther concductor, including cutting, straightening, bending, shaping etc.of conductor as per site requirements ,Conductor & other hardware fitting provided by department free of cost. 30 Jumpering from 33kv Main Bus of Single Moose Conductor & 33kv Tranfer Bus ofsingle panther conductor with 33kv feeder Equipments ,such as CT,PT, Isolaters LA,by ACSR Panther conductor and suitable clamps/connectors ,including cutting , streightening ,bending ,shaping etc.of conductor as per site requirements . Conductor & other hardware fitting provided by department on free of cost. 31 Earthing of structure and equipments by 50x6 mm size MS Flat (To be provided by contractor at his own cost) including cutting, bending, laying approx 800 mm below site the ground including with main earth matjointing & painting with non corrosive paining at the flat on structure with green paint after 01 coat of red oxide primer and back filling of excavated earth along with raiming and other associated work. 32 Laying and termination of required copper control cable through GI pipe (B class standard make) of 3 dia including GI -T elbowfrom CT/PT /Junction box to meteringpoint in metering room. (GI Pipe, T, Elbow, etc. will be provided by contractor at his own cost). 33 Laying of control cable secondary side of 33 KV CT/PT to Junciton Box then from CT/PT Junction box to C&R Panel AC & DC Supply to 33 KV LA side and BSI to C&R Panel work include proper dressing of cable at regular interval of 01 meter with suitable size of tie. (cable provided by department free of cost) 34 2x2.5 mm2 35 4x2.5 mm2 36 6x2.5 mm2 37 Cable termination at CT/PT/BSI/LSI Junction Boxes to C&R Panel and CT/PT turrets to CT/PT Junction boxes with proper ferruling & dressing (Ferrule provided by contractor) 38 2x2.5 mm2 39 4x2.5 mm2 40 6x2.5 mm2 41 Providing and fixing equipment names plate of MS Sheet 16 gauge of size 400x250 mm with hole in the top centre for fastering, writing name of equipment with black colour after painting sheet with Yellow colour. Including cost of material, labour and T&P required to completion of job. 42 Providing and fixing of Display board of MS Sheetwith the hepl of MS Pipe havinginner frame approx size 2x1 as per sample & size.writing name of Bay & commissioning date as per standard with black colour after painting sheet with Yellow colour. Including cost of material ,labour and T&P required to completion of job. 43 Providing & fixing of 150 Watt LED Switchyard Light Lumination Fittings of Philips/Compton Greaves/Havells make in Single Piece Die Cast Aluminium Alloy Housing with Pot Optics Reflector & Toughened Clear Glass Cower with Frame for Lamp Compartment including cable terminations. The work includes the cost of men, material and T&P required. 44 Deputation of Commissioning Engineer andIntegration & Configuration of 33kv Aspirative creative SOLAR bay with Existing ALSTOM Make SCADA system & with SLD .Collecting SCADA project file from HMI. Extracting CID files in the exixting bay IEDs., generating IES61850 file for creating New Data in Remote gateway /RTU. Work includes integration BCU, Configuration of new BCU, Configuration of command report ,event and alarm .All DI/AI/DO signal validation in HMI, Configuration & variation of all signal., work includes configuration of report analog value rechecking. rectification of reading value ,rechecking of relays command, Configuration of Server-I & II ®eneration of per hour log sheet in Scada system.work includes also supply & fixing offibre optical cable, LIU, Patch cord & other hardware materials as per required will be provided by contractor at his own cost.
