Tender For Providing Copper & Chemical Earthling, Lightning Arrestor & Aviation Lamp At Telephone Exchanges & Btss In Manipur Ba; 1 Chemical Earthing 2 Provisioning of new CHEMICAL EARTHING with material (Earth Resistance to be <0.5 Ohms); Supply & installation of 48mm dia, 3 m length. 1.8mm thickness SP pure copper earthing electrode with 50Kg BFC) 3 Length of Extra Copper strip (25mmx5mm) (beyond 10 Mtr) 4 GI Earthing 5 Provisioning DC equipment earth with 4Nos GI plates by observing the following procedure: (a)Digging of earth pit of size 6’ X 6’ X 10’deep and refilling the same after installing the earth plate system.(b)Supplying and installing 4Nos GI earth plates of size 600mm X 600mm X 6mm thick.(c)Drilling holes to the plates, making connections to all the four plates for extending earth using GI bolts and nuts, washers, spring washers, strip etc.(d)Supplying and fixing of 50mm X 3 mm thick GL strip for interconnecting all the four strips horizontally and diagonally to the plates including drilling holes etc.(e)Supplying and filling the following artificial soil treatment materials in the earth pit. Charcoal-500Kg, saw dust-50Kgs, supplying and filling the balance pit with black cotton soil etc., as required.(f)Providing ½” dia GI water pipe (B-Class) of approximately length 10’ with suitable GI sheet funnel and mesh with necessary threading etc.(g)Providing necessary enclosure for earth pit with cast Iron cover plate having locking arrangement and white washing of the masonry enclosure(Approx. size of masonry enclosure is 30”X30”).(h)Initial watering of the earth pit, arranging manpower for testing the earth resistance of the earth and furnishing the test results, sign writing and clearing the debries from site, making good etc., as required. 6 Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required 7 Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required 8 Supplying and laying of 25 mm X 5 mm G.I.strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm) 9 Supplying and laying of 35 sqmm multi-strand single core PVC insulated copper cable from Main earth electrode to DC earth busbar i/c terminations with cu lugs etc., as required 10 Measurement of earth resistance of existing earth pits at site in the presence of site incharge and submitting report etc.,as required. 11 Aviation Lamp 12 Supply of solar panel powered with Lithium-ion rechargeable Battery aviation lamp with auto switch ( ICAO Type-A -LED type aviation lamp with automatic on/off based on ambient illumination level ) and fixing accessories (Each set) 13 Installation Charges for installing and commissioning of Aviation Lamp (per site) 14 Lighting Arrestor 15 Supply of Lighting arrestor with copper Spike Head, 1Mtr*25MM Copper Hollow Pipe, insulation plate, Base Plate with fitting accessories ) (Each set) 16 GI Strip (25mm X 3mm) for connecting Lightning arrestor with tower earth at ground (per kg). 17 32 mm dia PVC/plastic conduit (per meter) 18 Installation Charges for installing and commissioning of Lightning Arrestor with GI strip (per site)
