(e-NIT No- 06 of 2024-2025) Sl. No. Item Description 1 Labour for picking up existing metalled road surface to a specified average depth, including screening and stacking the pavement materials.For average depth above 40 mm but notexceeding 75 mm by manual means:Stone-metal surface. 2 Repair to pot holes by removal of failed material, trimming the sides to vertical and leveling the bottom, cleaning the same with compressed air or any appropriate method filled with B.M (thickness not more than 75 mm in single layer) applying bitumen emulsion prime coat at the bottom and bitumen emulsion tack coat on sides and on bottom as per technical specifications Clauses 502 and 503 for Rural Roads of MORD. 3 Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). On Bituminous Surface (Using Bitumen Emulsion at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 kg per sqm.) 4 On Granular Surfaces treated with primer (Using Bitumen Emulsion at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm.) 5 Providing, laying and rolling of Open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm (@ 0.018 m³ per m²) and 11.2 mm (@ 0.009 m³ per m²) size stone aggregates, including thoroughly cleaning of the surface, screening, cleaning and pre-heating stone chips and fully pre-coating the same either using viscosity grade paving bitumen or cut-back or emulsion, carrying the mixture by any suitable arrangements, laying the mixture uniformly over the surface, including line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in Mobile Hot Mix Plant (Light Duty) and thoroughly rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades including the cost and carriage of stone chips and matrix, heating the matrix, preheating the aggregates to required temperature and including the hire charges of Mobile Hot Mix Plant (Light Duty) and other machinery, pay of operators, cost of fuel and lubricants etc. complete to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 508 for Rural Roads of MORD. 6 Providing and laying Premixed Seal Coat (Type B) with approved quality sand/grit @ 0.6 m3/ 100 m2 and bitumen binder on thoroughly cleaned black top surface coated with tack coat, including heating and mixing cleaned sand/grit (100 % passing through 2.36 mm sieve and retained on 180 micron sieve) uniformly with bitumen binder, laying and spreading the mix at an uniform rate using suitable means, brushing the surface, if necessary, to ensure uniformity, followed by rolling with power roller including the cost and carriage of binder and aggregates, cost of heating the binder and aggregates and all other incidental charges, cost of fuel and lubricants, including hire charges of machineries, tools & plants required for construction and quality control complete as per Clause 511 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).By Manual MeansWith Hot Bitumen Binder (@ 6.80 kg / 10 sqm.) 7 Supplying and laying in the specified pattern ofinterlocking concrete block pavements (ICBP) with concrete blocks ( with concrete grade as specified as per table 1 ofIS 15658:2006) manufactured in steel mould clamped to a vibrating table by hydraulic pressure ( as per cl no 6.30 of IRC :SP:63 (2018) from BIS licensee manufactured with spacer nib ( small protruding profile on the vertical face of a paver block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks as per CL No 3.26 of IS 15658) and of specified size and shape with aspect ratio ( the ration of length to thickness of a paver block asper CL No- 3.3 of IS 15658)as per tabe 2 of IS : 15658 with flexural strength / breaking load as per annexture G of IS :15658 on the prepared base course of specified CBR as per table 1 of of IRC SP 63 ( 2018) or else as mentioned in designed and drawing with a cushion of compacted bedding sand of 25 -35 mm thick ( Grading of the bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP-63) and filling up the gaps in between paver blockswith joint filling sand ( the grading of the joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC SP-63 and completing the edge with cut blocks as per CL No- 8.7 of IRC SP -63 (2018) with proper confinement of bedding and joint filling sand, compaction levelling and filling up the edge gap. 100 mm thick. 8 Add extra @ 10% for night woark as per page B46 clause D3(III) 9 GST @ 18% on Item no 1 to 7 10 Labour Welfare Cess @ 1% on Item no 1 to 8
