    Tender For The Vessel Gtv Samudra Sarvekshak Requires To Overhaul Power Swivel Complete Unit; Specialized Workshop assistance required to overhauling of power swivel complete unit. Type of Power swivel is (Type 3-5 / 1.1-2.3-6.6 Ha) and consists of Planetary gear box , chuck jaw retainer. Power swivel (Type 3-5 / 1.1-2.3-6.6 HY- max. dynamic load: 400 Kn, max. static load: 600 kN, interior passage: 240 mm) Job scope is as per following :- 1. To disconnect all hydraulic and mud line connections and refitted after overhauling. 2. Dismantle and Overhaul Chuck Jaw Retainer(Metal build up required in clamping Jaw finger.) (04 jaw fingers) 3. Dismantle and overhaul Planetary Gear box. 4. All the sealing of power Swivel, Gear box and Chuck Jaw Retainer to be renewed. 5. To rectified and leakage arrested on wash pipe assembly 6. All the sealing of the bearings of Power Swivel Compilation to be renewed. Bearing : a) Roller bearing NU22312 ECP / CC 10886 (22312E) b ) Ball bearing 6021 SKF c) Needle bearing K25x33x25 d) Oblique ball bearing two row dia 10/90x14 abbreviation 3200 SKF e) Shaft bearing 3 groove NSK 6404 f) Axial cyl. Roller bearing NA811645603074 g) Axial grooved ball brg. SKF 51156 M h) Needle bearing 320 x 400mm x 80mm NA4864 (Power swivel type 3-5) i) Cylinder roller bearing NJ 23121(NJ 2312 ECP-SKF). 7. Successful operation trails to be taken after assemble the Power Swivel.
