    Tender For Rla Study For 110/11Kv 15Mva & 20/23Mva Power Transformers At Fact-Cd. => Limited; 1 RLA STUDY FOR 110/11KV 15MVA & 20/23MVA POWER TRANSFORMERS AT FACT-CD. 2 Conducting a detailed RLA study of 2 Nos 15 MVA and one 20/23 MVA transformer in FACT-CD 110 kV substation. The scope of work includes conducting suitable measurements and analytical tests such as measurement of IR &PI values of HV and LV windings, Tan-delta & capacitance measurement for HT & LT winding insulation, barrier insulation and its bushings, partial discharge test, Furan analysis, BDV test of transformer oil, Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA), SFRA test, Turn ratio test, Magnetic balance test, Winding resistance test, Excitation current measurement etc. of Power transformers.All tests shall be carried out using NABL accredited lab calibrated instruments by qualified and experienced engineers. Oil analysis shall be carried out at fully equipped and NABL approved laboratory. Based on test; analyse the results and submit a detailed study report with recommendations.
