Tender For Design, Supply, Erection & Commissioning Of Two No. Clear Water Single Stage Centrifugal Motor Pumps Along With Required Valves & Fittings Including Dismantling Of Two Existing Pump Sets And All Valves And Accessories Of Bank Note Press Water
Supply and installation of approved make single stage 1490 RPM horizontal split cage centrifugal pump with lower and upper casing C.I. body and accessories one stage 25 meter head & Capacity of 90 m³/hr with following specification and complete trial and testing with suitable 415V, TEFC Motor (min. 11KW/1450 RPM), AVM pad,coupling,. etc complete.Scope includes dismantling of existing moter pump set ,cable end termination and fixing same on new motor pump set. Casing shall be of CI, Pump impeller (Bronze), Shaft shall be ofEN8.(Note :- Pumps should be identical and interchangeable to existing single stage pump installed in pump house to fit on newbaseplate on existing foundation, bidder should visit site to check existing pump model, make/HP dimensions etcif Supplied pump is not identical to existing pump same shall not be accepted and will be returned to supplier) Work including with following accessories.

(2 Job) 2) Expansion Bellows: Supply & Installation of Stainless steel AISI 304 Expansion bellows of PN1.0 rating with tie rods as per technical specifications o of 100/125/150mm dia or of dia ofdelivery of pumps complete as per technical specification’s (2 Job)3) Non-Return Valve- Supply & Installation of Dual plate check valves as per API:594 and API.598 of PN 1.0 rating of100/ 125/150 mm. dia or of dia ofdelivery of pumps complete as per technical specification (2 Job)4) Butterfly Valve- Supply & Installation of Manually operated CI D/F Butterfly valves of approved make(IS:14846 ) of PN 1.0 rating of 125 /150 mm dia or of dia ofdelivery of pumps complete as per technical specification (2 Job)5) Supply and installation of 150 mm dia. CI/DI flanged foot valve ball type (2 Job) 6) Supplying layingconnection and testing of 3 core ,6 sq mm copper cable for moter to pannel connection up to25 mt.or as per site requirement.
