    Supply And Installation Of Electromelt Auto Direct Electric Melting Of Sulphur , A. Supply Portion - Electromelt System: Auto Direct Electric Melting Of Sulphur For Batch Type Sulphur Burner. 1. Electromelt: Low Power - Quick Heat System For Melting Of Sulphur. 2. Electric Heaters: Heavy Duty Ss-304/316L Integrated Casing Electric Heater Suitable For Quick Heat Generation Power: 10-15 Kw/Hr. (Electromelt) For Asb. 3. Control Panel: Microprocessor Based Auto Digital Heater Control & Monitoring In Auto/Manual Modes. Distribution & Safety: 1 No. 4. Temp. Sensors, Signal Cables Etc. 5. Internal Electric Wires/Cables From Panel To Heaters 180 Mtrs. Required Sensors. B. Service Portion - Installation & Commissioning Of Electromelt Auto-Direct Electric Melting Of Sulphur For Sulphur Burner In Boiling House. 1. Actual Erection Will Be Carried Out By Vendor Staff Under Vendor Supervision. And Boarding & Lodging Will Be Provided Vendor 2. Work Shall Be Carried Out As Per The Best Engineering Practices At Sugar Industries. 3. Supplies Shall Be Fully Guaranteed Against Any Manufacturing Defects / Poor Workmanship/ Inferior Design Or Quality Etc. For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Commissioning Or 18 Months From The Date Of Delivery Whichever Is Earlier. During This Period, Seller Will Arrange To Repair / Replace Any Defective Part Free Of Cost Or Replace Complete Equipment, If Required. Vendor Shall Be Held Liable For Any Direct/Consequential Damage Arising From A Fault Or Malfunction Of Equipment To Vendor’S Own Risk. The Repair /Replacement Will Be Done At Factory Site (During Guarantee Period).
