Tender for Fabrication and Providing of various items as per sample at 3x1.5MW Thirot Power House-Fabrication and providing of oil lubrication rings split type (two halves) of brass material for journal bearing assembly with dimensions of 320mm OD, 290mm ID and 20mm thickness. The oil rings shall be split type with grub screw holding arrangement. The whole assembly of the oil ring should be complete in all respect as per the specification given and sample provided by Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Fabrication and providing of oil guard sealing rings split type (two halves) of brass material for Thrust bearing assembly with dimensions of 329mm OD, 294mm ID and 38mm thickness. The inner side of the rings shall be having vacuum sealing duly achieved through milling /Fabrication to seal the oil inside the bearing housing. The whole assembly of the oil ring should be complete in all repect respect as per the specification given and sample provided by Engineer-in-Charge. 3 Fabrication and providing of oil guard sealing rings split type (two halves) of brass material for Journal bearing assembly with dimensions of 336mm OD, 300mm ID and 17mm thickness. The inner side of the rings shall be having vacuum sealing duly achieved through milling /Fabrication to seal the oil inside the bearing housing and the lower half of the ring should have holes for passage of oil. The whole assembly of the oil ring should be complete in all respect respect as per the specification given and sample provided by Engineer-in-Charge. 4 Fabrication and providing of pulley coupling for Thrust bearing oil lubrication mechanical pump, having material of teflon with the dimensions of 102mm OD, 73mm ID and 48mm thickness and total 50Nos gear teeth.The item should be complete in all as per specification given sample provided by repsect respect as per the specification given and sample provided by Engineer-in-Charge.
