Tender For Supply And Installation Of Air Break Switch, Laying Of Gravel And Associated Works In Emsd 11Kv Switchyard, Cherlapally Ecil Hyderabad - 1. Supply and installation of 11KV Voltage, 200A rated, 3-pole rotating type air break switch (Isolator) on double pole structure including all accessories like operating rod and operating handle required for effective functioning of AB switch. The mechanism shall consists of lock and key provision. The scope of work includes dismantling of old air break switch from double pole structure. Work shall be carried out in accordance with TGSPDCL standards. Make: TGSPDCL approved makes. 2 Supply, filling and laying of 20mm gravel in sub-station switchyard including removal and re-laying of existing gravel. The dimensions of switchyard is 15Mx37M 3 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of new GI pipe earth pits as per IS 3043 with 65mm dia nominal bore class B, GI pipe of 3 M long. Scope of work includes all civil works like excavation of pit ( 3 Mtrs depth), backfilling the pit with charcoal, salt including construction of the chamber etc., complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 4 Excavation of abour 1 Mtr deep and 0.3 Mtr width cable trench for accommodating 11KV, 3 core, armoured power cable in all types of soils including road cutting, floor cutting with neat cement plastering as encountered on site and as instructed by Engineer-in-charge. The scope of works also includes providing cable route markers including HT cable at every 15 Mtrs interval. 5.1 Supply and laying of Copper/GI strip as under including interconnections and tapping, wherever necessary on wall/partition/trench/underground by excavation from earth pit to the building with required civil works like welding, clamping and painting etc., complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 50x6mm GI strip
