    Tender For Roof Terrace Plaster And Other Misc. Work At Rented Rtt Site Gandhi Nagar ,Ajmer Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 20 mm cement plaster Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement plaster work in proportion recommended by the manufacturers. Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , complete as per directions of Engineer- Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Coarse sand). Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. Providing Beldar / Helper as and when required for attending at site for all work directed by engineer incharge. 1 no. Pole mounted and 5 nos supported angles mounted in c.c 1:2:4 to be dismantle and repairing the same with cement plaster directed by engineer incharge. Pole material received to be handing over to GSM Wing site. working cable tray i/c supported angles in C. 1:2:4 to be removed/ demolishing from existng position with cutting ,grinding , welding wherever necessary . and fixing again in short lenth up to canopy wall surface and supporting the same i/c making hole in the M.S canopy wall and fixing the same as directed engineer incharge. Making khurra (450x300)mm in depressd the mouth of Out let rain water pipes and finishing the same with cement plaster in neat finish as directed by engineer incharge
