Tender For Enabling Works At Sunken Garden And Other Planters In Terminal-2 -A Barrication 1 Hard Barricades :(6/8 mm MDF prelam board on top of alluminium or /GI frame fixed on exixting railing) . Shifting and installation : From the given location( 500 mt) and installation at sunken garden area as directed by BIAL representative . Fixing of hard barricades in designated locations as per project requirements. fixing material in vendors scope. 2 Safety Net:Supply & Installation of Nylon safety net tied on existing hand raill 3 Frosted Flim/ Graphic sheetSupply & Application of self adhesive frosted film/ graphic sheet B Removal of Plants, Soil media, Irrigation Systems and Shifting 4 Manual Removal of trees and palms, keeping them in gunny bags /mesh /pots ,Loading, shifting, unloading and planting of Trees/ palms/ shrubs, to BIAL nurseries. There should be no harm to tree/palm/shrub trunk during the movement, ensure proper wrapping of plants and the exposed trunk with gunny bag or any other material as required & instructed by BIAL project manager. 4.a Trees / Large Palms / Accent plants etc. (1500-3000mm height, 100-200mm dia of main trunk 4.b Palms & shrubs or Other (Ht. 500mm to 700 mm) 5 Removing wet/ drenched soil less media from the planter without damaging any of the civil structure. Shifting including loading unloading to designated area within BIAL premises (5 to 6 KM range) 6 Removal of Irrigation systems, (and Fogging systems if required) with proper care as per guide line of Irrigation incharge and sending to Nursery in good conditon. C Shifting, Refilling of Soil media, Replantation, and Irrigation Systems 7 Putting back dry soil less media in the planter without damaging any of the civil structure or drainage systems. Shifting including loading, unloading from designated area within BIAL premises (10 KM range) 8 From Nursery ,Loading, shifting, unloading and planting of Trees/ palms/ shrubs/ / pots/ any other bags in different BIAL nurseries to the designated planters at sunken garden building at any said level by manual means with all lead & lift unto 5 to 6 Km. There should be no harm to tree/palm/shrub trunk during the movement, ensure proper wrapping of plants and the exposed trunk with gunny bag or any other material as required & instructed by BIAL project manager. 8.a Trees / Large Palms / accent plants (1500-3000mm height, 100-200mm dia of main trunk 8.b Palms & shrubs ( Ht. 500mm to 1000 mm) 9 Reinstallation of Irrigation systems (and Fogging systems if removed) after soil media filling and plantation including lifting from Nursery and unloading, shifting to T2 with all material approval as per Irrigation incharge guide line. D Cleaning, Removal of Barricade and painting 10 Cleaning of all planters after soil, plant removal and handing over to civil/PHE team for drainage work. 11 Removal, shifting of all Barricade and installed items. Handover of all area to operation with finishing touch (like painting, cleaning of structure, civil work etc) if any as per requirement.
