Bids Are Invited For Repair, Maintenance, and Installation of Plant/ Systems/Equipments (Version 2) - Manufacturing Unit; Provide Assistance in various mechanical maintenance jobs in Mill Maintenance Department at SRU Bhilai; NA - Details of activities with their minimum manpower requirement category wise are as follows:- (i) Activity 1- Assistance for Preventive/Major maintenance jobs of Mill House equipment: (i) Assistance for Preventive/Major maintenance jobs of Jaw Crushers (ii) Assistance for Preventive/Major maintenance jobs of Bucket Elevators (iii) Assistance for Preventive/Major maintenance jobs of Conveyor belts (iv) Assistance for Preventive/Major maintenance jobs of Tube Mills. (v) Assistance for Preventive/Major maintenance jobs of Impeller Breakers (vi) Assistance for Preventive/Major maintenance jobs of Triple/Double deck Screens (vii)Assistance for Preventive/Major maintenance jobs of Chutes from Screens (viii) Assistance for Preventive/Major maintenance jobs of Heavy Mixer machines (1 Ton) (ix) Assistance for Preventive/Major maintenance jobs of Light Mixer machines (750 Kgs) (x) Assistance for Lubrication of all the Mill house equipment. (xi) Assistance for Spare management/ repair job. (xii)Assistance for any other mechanical/housekeeping job as directed by the Operating Authority In General shift minimum 8-SW, 1-USW category of labors shall be deployed.
