Laying of 19mm plyboards and poplar wood flooring. 8 Providing/installation of semi-Pandals with covers/side of water proof and removal of the same. 9 Providing/installation of semi-Pandals with covers/side of water proof and removal of the same. 10 Supply of sofa sets with wooden tables including glass top and carriage (on rent basis) with refreshment table 11 Carriage of VIP chairs from conference hall to S.K. stadium and their return back to conference Hall 12 Supply and installation of plastic chairs including loading, unloading complete. 13 Providing/Fixing flex display board including cost of computerised writing , making of LOGO of Independence Day. 14 P/F of Sign boards including computerised writing complete as directed by Site incharge Engineer. 15 Supply and serving of Tea/Khewa with Shirmal /Kulcha (hygenic) etc. 16 Supply of Drinking bottles (500 ml). 17 Supply / installation of coolers including carriage from 10th August to 15 August. (on rent basis) 18 Supply and installation of Fans on rent basis 19 Supply / installation ofNew Red Carpet on rent basis. 20 Engagement of Labours for cleaning purpose if required. 21 Supply and spreading of coarse aggregate including all costs and carriage of material involved, if required. 22 Construction of Poplar wooden stage with 19mm thick ply board flooring of required height for cultural purposes, if required. 23 Add provision for Dry fruit items with disposable bowels
