All these frame work sections are fitted to each other by screws which is properly zinc coated for corrosion resistant.One single frame consists of following Components :-1.Vertical Members in aluminum alloy extrusion (thickness 1.6mm).2. Top Horizontal Member in aluminum alloy extrusion of size 60x30mm(thickness 1.3mm).3. Mid Member in aluminum alloy extrusion of size 60x22mm (thickness 1.3mm) having provision to support the worktop with engineered design Support bracket.4. Bottom Raceway in aluminum alloy extrusion of size 140mm ht. x 60mm (thickness 1.2mm).5. Intermediate Raceway In aluminum of size 140mm ht above / below the work top as per requirement.6. TilesTHE BOTTOM tiles can be provided in following options:- (a) Prelaminated 9mm thick ISI Marked Plywood with decorative laminate on top and white balancing on unexposed face, The tiles are supported within groove in aluminium extrusion. (b) Metal tiles are made up of CRCA of 0.8mm thickness duly powder coated. The tiles are supported within groove in aluminium extrusion.THE UPPER tiles can provided in following options:- (a)The Fabric tile are made of 12mm high density soft board inside upholstered with response fabric supported with staple pins.The tiles are supported within groove in aluminium extrusion. (b)The Marker tile are made up of 9mm thick ISI marked Plywood pasted with 1mm white marker laminate, on the the exposed face The tiles are supported within groove in aluminium extrusion.(c) Fabric on Magnetic board tile are made up of GI sheet of 0.8mm inside upholstered with response fabricsupported with staple pins. The tiles are supported within groove in aluminium extrusion.7.Top& End Trims -The exposed vertical and horizontal faces of the frames. The trims are made of aluminum extrusions of size 60x19mm(thickness 1.5mm) and are covered with ABS caps on joints and ABS end trims.8.Connectors:--Partitions are supported by Universal poles & MS bracket of 2mm thick zinc plated wherever required i.e,(L,T,+,180deg) for stability. At 2 Way joint of 90deg- Aluminium alloy extrusion of 60x60mm is provided which is fitted to main frame and epoxy powder coated. At 3 way joint of 90deg- Aluminium alloy extrusion of 60x60mm is provided which is fitted to main frame and epoxy powder coated. At 4 way joint of 90deg- Aluminium alloy extrusion frame Vertical member is fitted with M S connectors at top andWIRE MANAGEMENT - Partition has concealed wire management capabilities and are engineered for responsive and safe operations of power, telecommunications and data (LAN) and has separate components for electrical, data and telephone cables having adequate capability of both the vertical and horizontal wire movements. Slots/cutouts are provided on Raceways to fix all electrical and data points.LEVELLERS - Levellor of M10 size are provided in each frame which allow 10-25mm adjustment for floor unevenness.Work topWork top shall be of 25mm thick Particle board of exterior grade conforming to IS 12406 with laminate finish of approved colour shade and pattern. Work Top shall have 2mm PVC edging of approved make, quality ,shade and colour on exposed area and 1mm on covered area. The Work top shall be supported with suitable M.S. bracket of standard size made of CRCA sheet of minimum 2mm thick Grade A as per IS 513 with powder coated finish of approved colour. Suitable size of metal inserts to be provided in worktop for fixing with the partition/gable end. Fixing directly with screws is not permissible. |
| 19 | Metal almirhaSTEEL STORAGE ALMIRAH Providing and placing metal storage. The overall approximate size of the storage shall be 900mm (W) x 450mm (D) x 2000mm (H). The construction shall be knock downconstruction with 1mm thick CRCA for shelf and 1mm thick for back. The door shall be made of 1mm thick CRCA and all other metal component shall be made of 1mm thick CRCA. The locking and handle of the storage shall be mazak handle with three way locking mechanism. The almirah should have 2 welded Legs of 75mm Width and 125mm Height made up of 1mm thicksheet which acts as a understructure of the storage. The shelving shall be height adjustable and shall have a load capacity of 40kg. The product shall be epoxy powder coated to the thickness of 50 microns as per sketch for item. |
