Interior And Renovation Works In Visitor Gallery , Vidhan Sabha Mandap At Lucknow, 1 Interior & Renovation Work : 2 Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 3 Dismantling of existing acoustic Wall Panelling, chanels, grids and other key componentincluding stacking of material as directed by Architect in charge with in a distance of 100 meter. 4 Cost of Malba disposal and dumping 5 Cost for site cleaning, carpet removal, safety measures sheets, constant cleaning, maintenence and progressive hinderance charges 6 Scraping old Polish including disposal of refuse material as directed by Architect - in -charge (Inner surface) 7 Providing and fixing Wall & Column Panelling for the existing surfaces to be made out of Teak wood battens framework backing of size 50*25mm at 450mm to 600mm c/c with the Insulation of Rockwool of 25mm Thickness with a specific fire raiting to be covered with 12mm thk Ply board and finished with approved 4mm thk Part Veneer including wastage cause of absorption panel cutting and approved specification as shown in detailed drawing or as directed by Architect incharge. (To be measured on full wall) 8 Providing and fixing Wooden Partition to be made out of Teak wood battens framework backing of size 50mm*50mm at 450mm to 600mm c/c with the Insulation of Rockwool of 25mm Thickness with a specific fire raiting to be covered with 12mm thk Ply board and finished with approved 4mm thk Part Veneer including wastage cause of absorption panel cutting and approved specification as shown in detailed drawing or as directed by Architect incharge. (To be measured on full wall) 9 Providing and fixing designer teak wood skirting with ornamentation and carving, customized as per design specifications. The skirting shall have a height ranging from 100 mm to 150 mm and a thickness of 25 mm to 40 mm. The installation is to be carried out over the panelling as per the design approved by the Architect-in-Charge. 10 Providing and fixing customised Hi-Acoustic fabric wall paneling with 25mm thick acoustic rockwool pad of 100kg density, to be filled in the panel and fixed with rubber adhesive. The high-quality customised fabric with smooth linen textures is to be gripped in a stretch track using tucking tools to ensure the panel is properly aligned and wrinkle-free. The stretch track will create a V groove or butt joint in each panel. The maximum width of the panel should not exceed 1200mm, with the length as required. The fabric is to be selected from the standard shade card. Make: Stockwood, Ecotone, Armstrong, MMT-Acoustix, or equivalent, as approved by the architect in charge. 11 Providing and laying of printed saxony carpet of CARUS/FloorMaster Brand, having 100% Type 6 Nylon/Polyamide Crealon or equivalent and 1/10 gauge, . The carpet should have a primary backing of woven pp and secondary backing of weaveback to ensure high performance and comfort. The carpet should be of 2-4M width to ensure lesser joints and minimum wastage. It should have a minimum total weight of 1650 gsm and minimum pile weight 1200 gsm , minimum number of tufts to be 185040 or more The carpet should also qualify to the following minimum European standards performance specifications - (a) Fastness to rubbing, dry (ISO 105 X-12), minimum rating should be 4-5; (b) Fatness to rubbing, wet (ISO 105 X-12), minimum rating should be 5; (c) Water fastness, (ISO 105 E-01), minimum rating should be 4-5; (d) Fastness to light (ISO 105 B-2), minimum rating should be 5; (e) Thermal Resistance (ISO 8302), minimum rating should be 0,072 m² K/ W; (f) Impact sound insulation (ISO 140 - 8), minimum rating should be 25dB. The carpet should be Scotchguard ready for better stain resistance, and should have an approved fire rating of Class 1 under Bf1S1 and should be recommended for commercial usage under Class 23/32 classification. duly installed on smooth hard floor with company recommended adhesive and 10 mm epe sheets all complete at all heights as per specifications and drawings and as directed by Architect-in-Charge. 12 Providing & fixing of Classical Ornamental False Ceiling having color coated Surface Treatment,Thickness 8-15mm Material Gypsum, Tamper Proof with apatterned on flat part Designer false ceiling. 13 Provding and doing smooth texture stuco paint work on the panelled MDF walls/Ceilingpreparing the walls & Ceilingwith IKEA base and sealing compound, scraping and rescrapping and making the base over and over again, sandaning and application of base 3 times before the final paint. PU deco colour used in for the final output of IKEA company. 14 Providing & Fixing of cutomised cnc cut jali pattern of accoustic material with NRC 09 and finished overaccoustical tiles Suspended Ceiling System with Woodworks Vector edge tiles over Acoustical Board CNC Cut Panels as per design with Armstrong 15mm Prelude 43 exposed grid. The Tile in RG3003 (RG3) perforations with approved laminate (Portland Maple, Sea Beech, Siam Wood & Mystique Walnut) finish would have an NRC of 0.42, Humidity Resistance (RH) of 70% in module size of 600mm x 600mm x 18mm and density of 725Kgs/M3. The tile edges should feature the vector edges or the engaging edges and the reverse tegular non engaging edge to hide the grid, creating a 6mm shadow reveal and also provide downward mountability without any tools. The grid should be 24mm wide T - section flanges color white/black having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 43mm and a load carrying capacity of 17.8 Kgs/M2. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per M2 and pullout strength of 100kg. The teak wood beading shall have a width ranging from 15mm to 60mm and a thickness ranging from 15mm to 40mm.The work shall be executed with precision to ensure the quality and aesthetics meet the highest standards as specified by the Architect-in-Charge. 16 Providing and fixing of designer teak wood beading, featuring intricate carving, customized to the specified requirements. The teak wood beading shall have a width ranging from 75mm to 150mm and a thickness ranging from 25mm to 40mm.The work shall be executed with precision to ensure the quality and aesthetics meet the highest standards as specified by the Architect-in-Charge. 17 Scaffolding Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm diaM.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. 18 Providing and fixing Scaffolding net of required width made of high density Polyethylene UV stabilized knitted on warp knitting machines having density 100grams/sqm and shading coefficient minimum 75% around the construction site/ for vertical extension as per requirement including fastening/tying with building/scaffolding pipes or with any other fixtures etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (One time payment shall be made for providing Scaffolding net from start of work till completion of work including shifting if any. The Scaffolding net shall be the property of the contractor on completionof the work) 19 Providing , supplying and fixing of Classical ornamental Coffered POP Cornice with all the engraving, ornamentation and extrusions on the edge of false celing including the cost of necessary fittings and fixtures as required as per drawing from Arhcitect in Charge 20 Providing and applying PU polish on teak wood and veneer in wooden Panelling. This includes preparing the surfaces with IKEA base and sealing compound, followed by thorough scraping and rescraping to ensure a smooth base. The process involves sanding and applying the base coat three times before the final paint. The finish must be approved by the Architect-in-Charge. 21 Providing and applying PU polish on teak wood and veneer in wooden beading of various sizes . This includes preparing the surfaces with IKEA base and sealing compound, followed by thorough scraping and rescraping to ensure a smooth base. The process involves sanding and applying the base coat three times before the final paint. The finish must be approved by the Architect-in-Charge. 22 Supply and Installation of 25mm thick resin-bonded mineral wool of density 50kg/m³, consisting of glasswool or rockwool, are specified to meet stringent soundproofing and fire resistance requirements. This material, with a Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) of 0.95 is designed to significantly reduce sound transmission and enhance acoustic performance in various settings. The mineral wool will be lab tested to comply with ASTM and ISO standards, ensuring reliability and quality. Installation will be carried out along walls, following the precise directions and specifications approved by the architect in charge.
