1. A standard gas sensing chamber having sensor sample stage of 2\" dia (Temp: RT to 400C), 4 Micromanipulators with Tungsten tips. Ports on chamber for pumping, Vacuum gauge Humidity sensor, Port of 6cm view on top gas inlet/outlet, Septum for VOC sensing. Chamber mounted on a convenient frame2. Humidity sensorwith display (No interfacing/ Only Read),3. Fully automated PPM level dual dilution Chambers with 2 numbers of MFC (1000 SCCM standard MFC for dilution gas and 100 SCCM corrosive MFC for Sensing gas) with 4 gas manifold for connecting various gases. Appropriate solenoid valves for directing gas to appropriate component. The gas sensing system must be capable of performing both static gas sensing as well as dynamic gas sensing and should be used for testing as well as calibration of wide rangeof gas sensors (Physisorption, chemisorption and others sensors) within system specification range.4. Rotarypump with Pirani gauge (TPR270 from Pfeiffer vacuum) with metal hose pipe for evacuation of Gas Lines, Dilution chambers and main process chamber.5. PC with LabVIEW software having fully automated dilution and semi-auto V-I and Response measurement (i-t/R-t) with Data logging (PC included).6. Keithley 2450 Source meter with Front panel connecting wires (Banana connection)7. Gas cylinder:- a) Ammonia, b )Hydrogen, and c) Carbon dioxide (all 1% + diluted with air/nitrogen ) along with regulators and connecting tubes valves etc. along with wall mounted stand for securing gas cylinders. 8. The vendor should provide scheme of how they are going to implement dilution (1% to 1 ppm) as per requirement with a clear schematic drawing. Vendor should also mention with schematic diagram how these measurements are going to be performed during submission of tender.9. The vendor should demonstrate the functionality before despatch through video callingor making a video and sending to user.10.The vendor should provide comprehensive on-site warranty for a period of 24 months11. The vendor should provide the user list of the supplied gas sensing set-up.12.Installation, training and demonstration of Gas sensing at site.
